Hawaii's weather is so much Different
from Los Angeles or Houston's weather, making me fall in love.
I got my luggages and head out, as I was going outside the airport I bump into someone wich made my bags fall to the ground.
"Im so, so sorry." I heard a deep sincere voice said picking up my luggage for me.
I took a glance at this guy's face and maybe for too long that made him clear his throat, he had a really breath taking face, his eyes the color of clear blue water. I snapped out of if and smiled
"No its okay, it was my fault."
we both went outside and waited for a cab together.
"Let me get this straight, a beautiful young lady like you comes to the amazing paradise so called Hawaii all on her own, I dont get it?" He asked, feeling myself blush at his statement,this guy is cute! ......wait what?.
"Its family problems so I had to fly out here quickly." I sighed.
"what about you, no good looking man like you would fly out here all by himself either." I called out , earning a laugh from him
"ahhh well, I just needed some relaxation. Just got out of a crazy relationship." he respond while nodding his head.
"Sorry to hear."
"No its alright, im glad that was over, enough talking about that so, whats your name?"
"Katherine, Yours?"
"gorgeous name just like you,im Aaron."
I look back at Aaron seeing the cheesiest smile on his face making me smile too.
when it was time to leave we exchanged numbers and went to our separate ways, in 30 minutes I made it to the hospital.
I went to the front desk.
"Hi,Im looking for Bernadette Hernandez."
the lady in the desk looks up and nods and looks back to her computer searching for the information.
"She is in the 5th floor room 505, elevator is to the right." she replies. I thank her and make my way to the elevator, pressing the button.
I only had a few minutes alone and I couldn't think straight, so many toughts came trough my head.
just praying she will make it and get better soon.
The elevator doors open,i take huge breath.
I walk off the elevator walking to the left looking for the room bernie was in, as I was getting close I saw Eric sitting with his head low, I then see the girls, pete,sitting down as well,
But bruno was by himself resting his head against a wall.
"Eric." I softly call out his name
Eric looks up and notices that im here he stands up and heads towards my way.
"Is she okay?" the first thing that I say.
the only thing that he does is shrug his shoulders.
"I want to stay strong for them, but its just .......shes too young k, too young to leave us." I hear his sorrowful voice shake.
"She's gonna make Eric I know she will, shes a strong woman."
"How are they taking it?" I asked changing the subject .
"Presley & tahiti are being the strong ones, tiara & jaime are not taking it so well...Dad being the one think positive and bruno, well he's being the angry yet quite one."
I nod looking back at them.
"Go talk to them I'll be right back."
he pats my shoulder and leaves.
as I walk my way towards them I shyly say my Hello.pete comes to me first than anyone and hugs me tight.
"Do me a favor sweety ,Talk to him, it make him feel better." he whispers to me, iniciating that he was talking about Bruno.I greet the girls,and lastly i go to Bruno.
"You shouldn't have come, you know. where fine."
he bluntly says.
"I wantetd to"
"well, were not together or friends,so is no use for you to be here." looking up to me seeing his bloodshot eyes, yet he still had them brown eyes that can make you feel some time of way.
"Can you stop."I spat making him wince at my sudden words.
"Im trying to be here for you and all you doing is pushing me away, can we please leave the past alone that was 6 months ago bruno, remember you're the who choosed her over me dont get it twisted, and its not the right moment for this, not here not now."
I rambled on making him sigh.
"you're right ,I'm sorry for being such an ass to you, im just-"
"Its fine,I get it you're overwhelmed by this, she'll make it." I said interrupting him.
without thinking twice I gave him a hug,
he didnt hesitate hugging me back either,
"Thank you." Bruno softly says
I pull away giving him a soft smile.
"No problem." I replied.
we waited for an hour until the doctor came,everyone went around him waiting for him to say something and asking so many questions to him.
until the doctor Finally said something.....................
