Chapter 9
The Decisions We Have To Make
Carls POV
I wake up in a cold dark room . My hands are tied behind me onto the chair I'm sitting on .
"Your awake " I hear a voice . I don't know who because I'm blindfolded . "Don't you know who it is carl?" A deep Georgia accent says
"Merle ?" I ask
"Damn right " he replies. I hear a door open .
"Your awake " the governor says and takes the blindfold off. "Your going to help me take over the prison " the governor says and smirks .
"In your dreams " I respond . He's never going to make me .
"Merle " the governor says and governor comes in .
"You can have it the easy way or the hard way" Merle says , I refuse the offer and then Merle punches me in the face . "You have one more chance " he says . I refuse once more and Merle starts punching me in the face .

I have been gone for a week . Today was the day . The governor yanks me up and shoves me in a car . They drive to the prison and then honk the horn . They drive a tank up and wait for my dad to come out .
Ricks POV.
I hear a car horn so I run outside and I see the governor . I was about to shoot him but I hear
"Bring him out!" They pull carl out the car and the governor points his gun at him .
"Rick ! I want the prison!" The governor yells .
"You'll never get it !" I yell back
"You would rather loose your son than leave your home !?" He counters back .
"Yes I would !" I yell
Carls POV
Did I just hear what my dad said ? He would rather have me die than leave . I see Amanda run out and she looked shocked . My face was all bruised and I had a cut on my lip . The governor cocks his gun and points it towards my head . I close my eyes an get ready but it never happens
