Chapter 2

It's Saturday morning and your alarm goes off. Its 11:00am. You set your alarm at 11am on weekends so you don't sleep your life away.

Cole is at the other end of the bed. After the concert, you invited her to stay at your house. She practically lives with you anyway.

Cole wakes up and is on her phone. She gasps and drops her phone on the bed.

"Whats wrong?" you look a little confused but she tells you to check your phone. You do as told and check your phone.

You look at Cole and can't help but to smile. "Are you guys a thing now or something?" she asked

"No. Well I don't think so. I just met him last ni-" Cole cuts you off mid sentence.

"He is the Finn Wolfhard, it doesn't matter if you just met him last night" she said quickly and her eyes get wide.

"He is just like us, he is a normal person. I have to get to know him before anything. And he doesn't even like me." I say trying to calm her down but it doesn't work

"He posted a picture of you guys holding hands last night y/n." she said and gave me an annoyed look.

"We were just dancing and having a good time Cole. Nothing more." I assured her.

"Whatever, he likes you though" she replied.

You guys decide to go out for a walk and maybe stop at the thrift shop or something. You get ready and start walking out the door. As you lock your front door your phone buzzes.

You get a message on Instagram.

I was wondering if you wanted to hang out today.

"Hey Cole, do you wanna go to the café on main street first?" I ask while exiting out of Instagram and putting my phone in my back pocket.

"Sure, why not." she says but looks a little confused.

You guys get to the café and take a seat. You were 5 minutes early because you guys were already walking out around the time he texted you.

The waitress comes up and asks for our drink. "We are waiting for someone. Can you come back in about 5 minutes?" I ask with a smile. She smiled back and nods as she walks away.

"Who are we waiting for?" Cole says.
"Finn. He asked if we wanted to come here and hang out." I respond trying not to make eye contact with her. Her jaw drops and eyes widen.

About 5 minutes later Finn and a guy with curly dirty blond hair walks in. The other guys with Finn draws Coles attention.

I wave them over and Finn sits next to me while the other guy sits next to Cole.

"Hey y/n, Cole" he nods as greeting us. "This is Wyatt. I hope it's okay if he joins us."

"Omg Wyatt it's so nice meeting you!" Cole says excitedly. "Is Wyatt one of your acting buddies?" I ask noticing Cole is freaking out.

"Yup. He filmed the IT movie with me." he giggles

Soon Cole calms down and starts having a normal conversation with Wyatt while me and Finn talk.

The waitress comes back about 10 minutes later. "Sorry it took so long I was a little busy." she says. "Oh it's alright" I assure her

"Now what would you guys like?" Finn and Wyatt are looking down at the menu. "I would like a peach tea, and a blueberry muffin please" I say. "I'll have the same thing please" Finn looks at me then the waitress.

"I'll have 2 slices of toast and a coffee please." Cole says. Wyatt asks for the same thing as Cole also.

We talk some more. As we finish our meals and get ready to leave Cole asks if the boys want to come over and hang out at our place. Wyatt looks at Finn as if he is waiting for approval from him. I also look at Finn hoping he will say yes.

"Sure" Finn finally says. We get home and we decide to put on a movie.

"What movie should we watch?" I ask. Cole jumps up "we should watch The Nightmare On Elm Street!" Everyone nods there head in agreement.

The couch isn't big enough for all 4 of us so Wyatt and Cole sit on the floor and me and Finn sit on the couch.

About half way through the movie it starts to get intense. I look down on the floor and Wyatt and Cole are snuggled up next to each other.

I start to get scared and cover my eyes with my hands. I guess Finn noticed because he puts his hand over my shoulder. I move closer to him and lay my head on his chest. I feel safe in his arms.

The movie comes to an end and Cole and Wyatt fell asleep. "Well I guess I should wake Wyatt up and head home." Finn offers. "You guys can crash here if you want." I offered. "Why, thank you" he said and bowed.

Since Wyatt and Cole were sleeping on the floor I let Finn sleep on the couch and I pulled out the blow up mattress.

"Good night Wolfhard,"

"Good night l/n"

And just like that everyone was sleeping soundly. Until y/n's mom came home from work.
