Chapter 4

"Hey, uh Finn, Can we talk... Alone?" you ask him nervously

"Yeah sure," you guys walk to the hallway so Wyatt and Cole couldn't hear you guys talking. You guys just kinda stood there staring in each others eyes. "So what's up?" Finn asked to break the silence.

"What are we Finn?" you asked and twisted your heel against your hardwood floor. Finn looked at you in confusion. "What do you mean?" he finally responded

"I mean like are we dating? We just met 2 days ago Finn. That's what I mean by what are we." you said very quietly but just loud enough he could hear you.

"What do you want to be" he asked

I want to be yours

"I like you Finn, I really like you,"

Shit what did I just do

"But we just met 2 days ago, trust me it feels like I've known you for as long as I've known Cole but I think we should take it slow" you finished

"Yeah. Yeah I agree... Does this mean you don't want to be my valentines?" Finn looked a little sad, disappointed, maybe even a little embarrassed.

"Oh no, Finn I would still love to be, but I just want to take it slow." You said reassuring him. You could tell he looked relieved once you finished.

You guys just stood there staring at each other again.

Wait no don't do that you just said to take it slow

"I'm starving let's go eat," you broke the silence. "Yeah, me too." Finn said with a smile. This smile was weird, it's like he was upset but content with everything at the same time. He started walking back.

"Hey Finn wait.." he stopped and turned around to face you, "yes?" he said as he started walking back towards you.

"Thank you for understanding" you put your arms around his neck and waited for him to put his hands around your back, he seemed a little nervous to hug back but when he finally did you hugged tighter. You rested your head on his chest. He started playing with your y/h/l (your hair length) hair. You guys just stood there hugging for what felt like forever.

"Hey you two love birds the food is getting cold" Wyatt said. "Oops too late I ate it all" Cole said right as he ended.

You guys let go of each other and you smiled at him. He smiled back.

"You better not of Cole, I'll slap you." You said playfully knowing she really didn't.

Okay guys yes I know this is a short and shitty chapter but I am working on updating again today to make up for it. I just didn't know what else to put in this chapter but hope you enjoyed. Vote and comment
