War
Darkness screams of war rage on.
Painful cries never to be answered.
A battle already lost fights on.
Bloodstains the once-green land.
Raging war never to end, to forever be lost.Souls bound to forever wander.
Shots fire echo in the wind.
The land, once full of life now a graveyard.
Names forever lost as the bodies fall.
Sorrow clings to a lost battle.War took the minds of the young and naive.
A battle fought against neither foe nor friend.
A war raged between men to end by men.
Dusk till dawn a battle cries, never to end.
War is not a word but a painful truth.
