Strangers with a past
"It's funny how one day you were my everything and vise verses, but now we are strangers that have history. It makes me wonder if what we had was even real because when we lock eyes instead of acknowledging each other, we pretend it didn't happen. Was our love nothing more than an ego boost for you to use as you pleased? Were those words of comfort and care nothing but meaningless lies? It's like the whole world plays along with our show; our friends act like nothing happened while our families act as if they haven't met."
