Chapter 4

I walked into the school, sighing. I walked to my locker and put my backpack in my locker and grabbed my binder. "H-Hi Y/N." I heard. I turned around and smiled. "Hey Jack, whats up?" He grinned. "Well I'm having a sleepover party tonight and I was wondering if you would want to come?" He asked. "Sure! Thanks for asking me, I don't know why I never really talked to you, your really nice." I said as we walked to class. He blushed and started making corny jokes while we walked to class.

Julian's POV

   I was standing in the hallway with my friends, making weird inside jokes and saw Jack. "Hi Jack!" I said as he walked by. I sighed and noticed he was with Y/N. I felt a tint of jealousy hit me and I watched them closely. Their hands lightly brushed against eachother as they laughed. "Hey dude you okay?" Amos asked me. "Oh yeah I'm good. Come on guys lets go to class." I said and we walked to class.

During class I couldn't help but noticed Jack and Y/N kept glancing at eachother, making funny faces. Jealousy climbed up my spine as I sank down a bit in my chair. I stared at Y/N, she was giggling and still making funny faces. I smiled a bit watching her, and rememered how I was her first friend here, but now I'm her enemy. "Mr. Albans?" I heard from Mr. Browne. I looked at him, breaking my gaze, "Do we have something better to look at?" He said pointing at Y/N then at the precept on the board. The other kids started laughing, and Y/N blushed a bit. "Y-Yes sir, sorry." I mumbled as he contiued with his lesson.

Y/N's POV

After class it was courtyard. I walked out of the class and waited for Jack. Julian glanced at me, but it almost felt as if it was in slow motion, so the gaze turned into a stare. I saw Jack and we walked outside together. "Hey Jackelope!" I said grinning. "Haha, very funny." He said as we walked out the classroom and to our lockers. "But it is! There's alot more things with Jack in it, like Jackhammer, Jack rabbit, Jack... And ths beanstalk.." I said naming every single with Jack. "I know one." He said and we closed our lockers and walked outside. "Jack Will!" He said plunging his hands forward and started tickling me. "Okay okay stop!"

Jack's POV

I started tickling her and laughed. "Okay okay stop!" She said and I obeyed. We went and sat on a bench laughing. "Atleast my name can't be nicknamed funny." She said. "Well I love your name.. Its, beautiful." He said pausing. We stared at eachother for a few seconds blushing. I really liked her. Y/N's funny, nice, she stands up for her friends, brave, pretty. "Hey lovedoves! Why don't you stop laughing. Courtyard isn't for sitting around y'know." I turned around and saw Julian. "What do you want Julian?" I said getting up, pulling Y/N up too. "Y/N was my friend first and she doesn't want to be a freak like you and your other friends." Julian said pulling her to his side. "Your the one whose the freak." I said pulling her back. "Guys stop!" Y/N yelled. Julian pulled her back, he pulled her to his side, and kissed her. It made my heart break, and feel light-headed. I sighed shakily, running off and crying.
       Jealousy can be a real strong thing sometimes.
