Chapter 7

When Julian started coming to our highschool, Jack has been too overprotective. He always had his arm around me, or kissing me when Julian was around.. He was trying to lure him away. I wanted to talk to Julian, even as a friend I would, but Jack would never of let me. Every day after class he would ask me if anyone touched me, or stared at me, or anything. So he started doing it to everyone. Always, when we would go to my locker he would start kissing me and just tryed to be lovable. But he doesn't know, it hurts. It feels like I'm a slave being dragged around, or I'm handcuffed to him. He's been way too much, sometimes he wouldn't even let me talk to Reid, or Amos, and even Auggie. I cant deal with this, I know he's trying to help.

After class, we were walking to Jack's locker, his arm around me, basically clinging on to me. When we got there that is the only time he wouldn't hold me. "Hey Jack?" I asked breathing heavily. He closed his locker and turned around. "Yes, princess?" I sighed. I couldn't help but just start to break down. "Why do you have to keep me like this?" I asked tears streaming down my face. Jack frowned and tried to hug me, but I stepped back. "You wanted to keep me away from Julian, now everyone! I-I can't even talk to Auggie anymore. I know your trying to help me but I want to have friends. You wont let me talk to my friends!" I yelled at him. His eyes widened, "Oh." He said simply. "Im not your slave Jack Will." I screamed at him making the whole hallway look. I walked away fast and went to go find Auggie and everyone else.

I saw all my friends together, with Julian, and tried to calm myself down. "Auggie.." I called to him and he turned around. "Oh my god Y/N." He ran to me and hugged me. I always chose Auggie when I'm sad, because he's funny, and he's really good at helping his friends. Summer, Charlotte and Julian walked over. "What happened N/N?" Auggie asked quietly. I sniffled and looked at him in the face. "C-Can I just talk about it with you?" I said wiping my tears as more fell. He nodded and we walked to my locker. I told him what happened and he hugged me tight. "The other day I saw you and Jack, I tried to talk to you, but he pulled you away really fast.." He said looking down. I nodded, "Thanks Auggs." I smiled weakly at him. "Anytime." We walked back to our friends and Julian immediately pulled me into a hug making me blush a bit. "What happened? Did someone say something about you? Did someone hurt you? I swear I'll kill them-" I stopped him. "I'm fine Julian, just something about Jack." His eyes widened. "What did he do?" He asked. I told them everything that happened, and by the end of the story they were all frowning. "Thats horrible.." Charlotte said hugging me. "So did you guys break up?" Julian asked. "W-Well.. I don't know I just walked away." The bell rang for lunch. I sighed and we walked to lunch. I turned to Julian, "Hey Julian? Want to come to my house after school?" He smiled, "Sure." I smiled back and nodded, we entered the lunchroom and grabbed our lunches and sat down.

We were all sharing laughs when Jack came. "Hi guys." Charlotte's backpack was on his chair. "Saved." Charlotte smirked at him. "But I always sit-" "Saved!" We all yelled at him in unison. "Uhm okay.." He walked away and we started laughing. Sometimes its nice when you don't have your boyfriend around. Well ex-boyfriend now.
