Philip got up early on the day that James had to leave. Madison was already up with Jefferson, packing while Thomas made breakfast. He didn't want to see his lover leave, but at the same time, wanted to see him one last time before he left.

He slowly waddled downstairs, still half asleep. The Virginians smiled, knowing they had a surprise for the boy. James had remembered his promise to take Philip to one of the Congress meetings. Thomas had already packed his own things and packed some things for Philip.

The boy wedged himself into James's side, attaching himself to the Congressman. The older man smiled down at him and pet his hair.

"Mornin, darlin'...", James said, accent thick because of the early hour. Philip hummed and looked at him through half lidded eyes.

"Morning... I don't want you to go...", he murmured, rubbing his eyes. Jefferson grinned at Madison.

"Well, I'm not gonna. Remember when I promised to bring you to a Congress meeting, hon?", Madison said. Philip nodded slowly, still not awake enough to comprehend what his older lover said.

"You're gonna come with him, darlin'.", Thomas grinned. Philip looked at him for a minute and blinked before jumping onto James.

Madison chuckled and hugged the boy to his chest. Philip grinned and Thomas smirked.

"I got your things packed, baby. You guys are going to leave today, and I'm gonna come tomorrow.", Jefferson said. Philip nodded, still smiling widely and clinging to James.

Madison pulled the boy up and kissed him passionately. The boy eagerly kissed back, wrapping his arms around his lover.

"Go get dressed, darlin'. We'll get breakfast.", Thomas grinned. Philip jumped up and ran to get dressed, the two politicians chuckling as they watched him go.

"He's adorable...", James chuckled. Thomas wrapped an arm around his waist.

"Yes he is... And so are you.", he said, kissing his nose, causing James to blush and giggle. "C'mon sugar, let's get breakfast.", he said, pulling James to the kitchen, who smiled and intertwined his hand with Jefferson's.

Philip ran back downstairs, tripping down the last few stairs. Thomas ran over and pulled him up.

"You ok, sugar?", he asked. Philip nodded.

"Just really excited.", he grinned. Jefferson nodded and pulled him into the kitchen where James was nibbling on some sweet potato biscuits and putting together some lunch for Philip and himself.

Philip kissed Thomas roughly for a minute, the taller man responding the affection and picking the boy to set him on the counter. The boy smiled and Madison put the plate of fresh sweet potato biscuits next to the boy.

Thomas smiled and picked one up and gently held it up. Philip smiled and opened his mouth shyly. Jefferson smiled and fed him the biscuit gently.

James smiled at seeing the affections between the two and wrapped an arm around Thomas's waist. The Vice President smiled and leaned down to stroke his jaw gently, causing Madison to purr and tilt his head up. Thomas smirked and closed the distance between their lips.

Even though the interaction didn't involve him, Philip shivered and blushed at watching the two, just the sheer submissiveness James showed and how Jefferson's silent command was received.

The two Virginians pulled apart, their faces still close together, eyes closed. Thomas looked up at Madison with a spark of lust he kept to himself. Madison recognized it and smiled, a bit shyly.

"I'll see you in a day, sugar...", Jefferson purred, that spark of lust making a silent promise. Philip watched them until Jefferson leveled his gaze on him, that he squeaked.

Thomas grinned and kissed him and the boy squeaked again. James chuckled and went to collect their things and take them out to the carriage.

"Take care of Jemmy til I get there, m'kay sugar?", the taller man said. Philip covered his mouth with his knuckles to keep himself from squeaking yet again at the Southern charm dripping in Thomas's accent. He nodded silently and hid his face.

The Vice President chuckled and kissed his forehead, leading him outside to where James was waiting. Philip hugged Jefferson one last time before James pecked Thomas's lips and they climbed into the carriage, waving at the tall man until they were out of sight.
