My first time leaving home.. I'm happy ima be on my own for once I get to be independent for once, even though I owe my everything to my mom. If it wasn't for her I wouldn't be where I am today. I'm leaving home bc my whole future is in LA and I wont give this opportunity up just because i want to be with my mom.
I picked up my last box and stuffed it into my car every single piece of my room was stuffed into my all black Audi.
I waited for my mon to come out
She eventually did.. crying
" mom stop crying I'll be fine." I say bring her into a hug
" baby girl ur growing to fast" she said wiping her tears
" I am grown" i said with a laugh
" your still my little girl"
I rolled my eyes and felt my my phone going off it was just a text from jah wondering where I was.
" well mom I gotta go I love u a lot and I will be back soon to visit"
I kiss my moms head and jump in my car
" be careful lani!!!, stay away from them drugs and dont get pregnant!!!"
I honk the horn and speed off.
