Emily's P.O.V
The walk to town was longer than I remember, maybe because I was examining everything that we have encountered. Even the flowers felt like something completely new.
"Stop acting like you just got out if jail after a life sentence." He whines taking a turn. I'm glad we didn't go in a car.
"Being stuck in your apartment feels like jail." I roll my eyes.
"Our Apartment, Babe." He corrects me as he kisses my cheek. I push him away from me playfully.
"Whatever." I laugh. The shops became more clear when we reached the outskirts of town.
"What shop do you want to go to first?" He asks.
"The most expensive." I tease.
"Okay." He shrugs.
"I was joking, just take me to like New Look." I try to remember the shops I went to before I met Tyler.
"Okay, but don't take forever in the changing rooms." He begs. Ha, I will take longer than forever. I smirk but it soon fades. I'm being a little mean, if I act like a total bitch he will never take me shopping again. I will jut get the first dress I find.
"Okay." I agree. We walk around for a while until we enter the large shopping center which I use to visit everyday. It hasn't changed a bit. The shops all lined up neatly in rows in the big marbled corridors.
"This shop?" I walk towards River Island. It was a big room filled with different unique clothing. The memory of Harry and me soars into my head. Harry was embarrassing me allot. I didn't even get a chance to buy anything. He was adorable though. He brought me a new perfume which I still have and is unused. It's more of an item for memories than an item to use.
"Actually, let's not." I turn around quickly. I yank his hand but he doesn't budge.
"Why? They have nice dresses here." He is obviously referring to very short dresses.
"Okay.." Unsure if I want a super short dress. We scan though the large rakes of dresses. I pull some not so short ones but Tyler doesn't seem to approve.
"I'm not taking you out on a dress like that." He over pulls a sour face. He sits down on a black leather stool, Boredom clear on his face.
"Why not? I like it." I don't really, it is and ugly silver dress that has too many sequins attached to the thick fabric. I take much longer than intended, I just want to spend as much time as I can.He pulls out a dress from behind him which surprised me allot.
"This one." He throws an incredibly short dress that had a big cut out down the back. It seemed quite tight. It was all black and the low cut at the front had made my decision final.
"No!" I yell quietly throwing it back at him. That is too revealing.
"Why? It's a nice dress." He shrugs.
"It's too revealing."
"I'll buy it for a second option if you don't like the first one I buy for you." He snatches the dress and searches through a different rack of clothing.
"This one?" I pull out a dress that just seemed to stop above the knees.
"No, Emily. That's like something you'd wear to church." Th disgust is pure in his voice.
"I like it." I lie.
"No. I'm not paying for that." He rolls his eyes.
"Okay then, I will pay for it." I walk towards the cash register.
