"Let go of me you overgrown toaster!!" Sam shouted trying to kick her way out of Skulker's tight grasp.

"Let her go!" Tucker screamed aiming his ecto bazooka at Skulker but he just blasted it out of the boy's hands and dropped an electric cage around the group.

"You, goth girl, will make the perfect audience for watching me finally take down the annoying Welp in the other room," Skulker said as he dragged her there leaving the others trapped and left behind.

"Don't worry children. I, Jack Fenton, can bust us outta here," Jack said confidently. He then aligned himself with the cage and ran at a full sprint yelling only to be electrocuted and fall to the floor like an over cooked s'more.

"I don't think there is a way out of here. I just tried to hack it so at least shut of the electricity but it just blew my PDA," Tucker stated matter of factly.

"Well now what..." Paulina asked.

"I guess we just, and it crushes me to say this but... we wait," Maddie said sadly thinking all hope for her son is lost.

Um, ow. Why does my... everything hurt? What happened? The last thing I remember is... SKULKER!

Danny opened his eyes as they shone green and he transformed into Phantom, still trapped however.

"Look who finally decided to wake up and join the party," Skulker said laughing.

"What are you planning to do, Skulker? Torture me? I've been through enough before, your lame techniques are so last hunting season," Danny said trying to play cool.

"Oh yes, there will be torturing involved, but who said anything about it being on you?" Skulker answered.

"Wait, now you've got me confused, you aren't going to torture me?" Danny asked.

"Oh no, not physically, but what I'm about to do is even worse than any sort of pain I can inflict on you, Ghost Child," he said pulling back a curtain to reveal Sam in a chair dangling above a massive pool of very angry sharks.

"Sam! You leave her out of this!! You want me, not her. Do whatever you want to me just let her go!" Danny shouted desperately trying to break free from the chair he was strapped into.

"Actually, ghost child, that's where you're wrong. Torturing her is your ultimate pain. Then, once she's disposed of, you'll be nothing but a shell and that makes my job that much easier," Skulker declared. "Let the fun begin!"

Sam began to be lowered into the pool and a desperate look crossed her features, longing for the help of Danny.

Danny resisted harder and harder before the realization struck him.

"Oh, duh!"

He turned back into his human self and stood right up out of the chair. Again, humans pass through stuff in the Ghost Zone and yet Danny always seem to forget that part. He then turned back into Phantom and shot an ecto blast at Skulker.

"Wha-... How did you?" He questioned.

"Let's just say there really are perks of being a halfa," Danny stated, throwing a punch at Skulker only to have his fist caught and flung across the room and into the wall. Shaking it off, Danny bounded towards him again ready to kick his smug face into oblivion, but was hit with one of the missiles from Skulker's suit.

Man, I guess Skulker really was serious when he said 'he was gonna put an end to me once and for all' Danny thought avoiding another shot.

"Come on Welp! Let's just make this easy and you just give up now!" Skulker said.

"Aw, but where's the fun in that?" Danny mocked hitting Skulker with his ice blast causing him to freeze temporarily. With the small amount of time, Danny went to go help Sam. She looked scared but faithful that Danny would pull through. He managed to phase her out of the hanging chair and take the ectoplasm tape off her mouth just in time for her warm Danny and him to dodge another blast that came his way.

Once Sam was safely on the ground, she immediately ran to the aide of the rest of the group who came here with her from the cage they were trapped in.

"Sam!! You're okay! Wait, where's Danny?" Mrs. Fenton asked.

Just then, Phantom was blown through the wall and flew back at Skulker, screaming and shooting his ecto blasts.

"Um, which one?" She asked sheepishly.

Whilst Sam was helping to free the others in the other room, Danny was fighting the hardest he ever fought against Skulker. They didn't seem to be exchanging the usual witty banter and all Skulker's shots seemed to be a lot more accurate than usual.

"You just won't quit will you?" Phantom asked.

"Nor you, ghost child. I guess we shall see who lasts the longest and I have a feeling it most certainly won't be you."

Then, all of the sudden, Skulker's suit of armor doubled in size and newer, bigger weapons took place of the ones before. Danny gulped.

More shots were being fired at him and he was trying to dodge those and make a few of his own, somehow being able to take out all of the heavy machinery on Skulker's suit, but one. With his final weapon, Skulker took a shot at Phantom and struck him hard sending him flying into the corner.

Danny was slightly dazed as Skulker approached him.

"Finally, I have you cornered, ghost child. Any final remarks," Skulker scoffed.

"get back."

"I'm sorry, I couldn't hear you with me overpowering you so easily," Skulker laughed.

"I saID. GET BACK!"

With that, Phantom let out his ghostly wail, which was blowing Skulker's prizes suit to pieces and all the mess around him to the ground and leaving nothing left of his enemy but the little green snot goblin he actually is, also causing Phantom to turn back into Fenton due to all the power he used.

"You'll pay for this you hear, Ghost Child! I am Skulker! The Ghost Zone's best hunte-"

"Yeah, Yeah, why don't you save it for next time," Danny said as he interrupted Skulker's rant by sucking him into his Fenton Thermos.

"Danny?!" He heard his mother call from the other end of the room.

Suddenly, he, his mom, his dad, and Sam were all enveloped in a group hug whilst the others stood awkwardly in the corner not knowing what to do with themselves.

"Danny, are you alright?? Did he hurt you anymore?? How's your chest? Can you see how many fingers I'm holding up??" Maddie asked frantically concerned for her little boy.

"Mom, I'm fine. Just a little banged up but it's nothing too bad," he replied holding her hands.

"O-okay. If you say so. I'm gonna go round up the other kiddos over there so we can head back to the cave with all the rest of the class," Maddie said before she and her husband walked over to escort the teens out, leaving just Danny and Sam.

"So... that was... festive," Danny said. "But really, I'm glad you're okay. I honestly don't know what I would do if something were to happen to you."

"I feel the same way, Danny," Sam replied as they both exchanged blushes. "And thank you saving me... again."

"Anytime," Danny said, his cheeks getting an even darker shade of red.

AN: Ayee so that was relatively fun to write but I've never exactly written like that before and I'm working on three hours of sleep in the past 3 days because my stupid, ill self is in too much pain to be able to relax enough to fall asleep...
