Chapter 3. Obivous or Oblivious?

Suddenly Jace lets out a low moan. And Huskily whispers, "I wouldn't get that close again if I were you, especially not wearing a little as you are now..."

"Omg! I'm so sorry!" I exclaimed scooter further away. I can't beleive this is actually happening!

He chuckled, "Its ok doll, I forgive you. Now let's get some sleep I'm exhausted."

"Perfectly fine with me!" I laughed, "Good Night Jace."

Jace's P.O.V.

I woke up and tried to sit up and realized someone was laying on me. Wait what?! Who the-? Just then all the memories from last night flooded my brain.

Shayla. Shayla is her name. I looked down at her beautiful sleeping figure. And she is just that, beautiful. I have never seen such a beautiful girl in all my 17 years.

What the hell is wrong with me?! I just met this girl last night! And more over I found her sleeping in a tree! Ugh I can't even think straight!

I tried to slowly to push her up off of me with out waking her up. She stirred and quietly moaned in her sleep. Why, why, why, did she have to have one of the sexiest moans I've ever heard?!

I finally got out from under her and stood up then realizing what little clothes we were each wearing. Damn it! Why does she have to only be wearing her under garments! I looked down feeling straining on my boxers. Ugh I quickly went to my room. I quickly wrote and walked back to leave the note next to the bed which she was currently sprawled across.

I quickly rushed to the bathroom and jumped in the shower.

Shayla's P.O.V.

I woke up shocked that the reason I woke was not from screaming but just because I woke up. Wow thats strange. Then I remembered everything that has happened starting yesterday morning.

Jace. Where is Jace? Didn't we both sleep in here? I rolled over and noticed a note left on the night stand.

The note read:

Good Morning Beautiful ;) I just jumped in the shower theres cereal in the cabnet in the kitchen so just help yourself - J x

I smiled to myself and got up and slid my clothes back on my body. I walked out to find the kitchen trying to remember where it was from last night. When I finally found the kitchen I started looking for bowls and spoons.

Just then I heard someone walk in and automatically I knew it was Jace so I turned around to let him know I knew he was there.

"Well Good morning Ja-Jace." I choked on my words because all he was wearing was a towel hanging low around his waist.

He smirked at me and I cleared my throat, "Don't you ever wear clothes?" I mumbled looking away and focusing my eyes back to making my cereal.

He chuckled "Why should I? I mean its a lot more comfortable. You're lucky I'm wearing a towel I wasn't going to." He smirked noticing a blush forming on my face.

"What a gentlemen." I mumbled.

He just laughed, "Well fine then I'll go put some pants on, for you. You're lucky you're cute!" He smirked, knowing He just made my face 10x's brighter, he walked back down the hall to his room.

Jace's P.O.V.

The way she blushes... its almost like she... I don't know... maybe she feels something for me? I mean I've only known her for one night but I don't know its different with other girls!

Ugh! Oh well, I need to find something to wear that would make her blush even more. Her blush is the cutest thing I've ever seen.

I settled for some sweats and a pink wife beater and headed back out.

Shayla's P.O.V.

I sat down at the table just as Jace walked back into the room. My mouth dropped the second I saw what he was wearing and I couldn't find the strength to close it.

This is totally uncharted territory for me! I don't know what to do or how to make sense of his actions! My entire brain is gliching basically flashing a huge ERROR sign!

He just stood there smirking at me for what seemed like hours untill he opened his mouth to say, "Shut your mouth doll you'll catch flies." Laughing he walked into his living room and switched on the T.V.

"What movie do you want to watch?" he asked changing the subject.

"Ooh!! Lets watch 50 First Dates!! I said excitedly ditching my half-full bowl of cereal and sitting down on the opposite side of his couch.

He chuckled, "Come over here, I have to tell you a secret!" He yell-whispered and I scooted over to where he was.

When he motioned for me to come closer, I just leaned closer and he said, "This is a Chick-Flick meaning you need to stay right," He pulled me to his chest so we were snuggling,"here." He chuckled.

I just smiled and snuggled in closer as he pressed play.

The movie ended and I went to sit up but got pulled back down by Jace.

"Mmm just where do you think your going doll?" He asked sleepily.

I giggled and swatted at his chest playfully, "Oh stop calling me that!"

"Oh come on!" He whined and in returned I gave him a (failed)blank expression, "Fine! Fine, what you rather me call you? Princess? Shay? Babe?" He wiggled his eyes seductively at the last one. Oh how sexy he look I just wanted to attack him! But instead I just started laughing, I mean c'mon it was an awkward situation! What better way to fix an awkward situation than to laugh right? Right?

Well, I guess I was wrong because he just stared at me with both amused and comfused expressions.

I just sighed and said, "I don't know!"

He just chuckled and decided himself, "Fine, Babe it is then." He looked content and proud with a smug smile on his face proud of his choice.

"Ooh no its not! I mean thats a couple nickname!" I was confused on what he was trying to get at I mean if it was a cheesy 'Your mine now.' kinda thing that be a little weird... Wow seriously stomach stop with the butterflies! I barely know this guy!

He just sat there staring at me, "Oh well, I guess we're just different then." He spoke softly looking straight down into my eyes making the butterflies erupt like lava out of an volcano. Well guess you guys aren't going away anytime soon, so I might as well get used to it.

I just wish I knew wether he was being Obvious or Oblivious...
