TWO. | "THERE ARE THINGS YOU BETTER NOT REMEMBER."
"Dear Mr. Scamander,
You said you'd be more careful, but the reply in this parchment says that this time was on purpose. What? Did you like my message? It's nice to have someone else to share my knowledge about magical creatures with. And to answer your question, no, the nest didn't stop the little bugger. Nothing actually can. Such a greedy creature, I tell you.
Did you know that an Occamy can reach up to fifteen feet in height? They are extremely aggressive to anyone who approaches it, but live off of insects, rats and birds - terrible for me to feed it, really. I met one that fed of a monkey once. Crazy, right? But as beautiful their eggs can be, I don't recommend you to go near them if their mother is close by. Don't be lured by the pure and soft silver of it.
Ah, I don't know how you managed to find out about their ability to fit available space, but the name of this is choranaptyxic. Quite a word, I know. My grandma told me when I was 12. Took me one week to pronounce it perfectly, and one more to write it down correctly. If you get your hands on a newborn, don't pet it. They bite.
- Mitsa."

The only word Trinity could use to describe the pursuit of the Niffler was amusing. She was paying more attention to the Magizoologist than the creature, but she couldn't help it. She found Newt adorable, and his care for the tiny creature was endearing.
The sound of coins coming from underneath a bench caught the attention of both wizards. Newt promptly moved forward and dove under it, but the Niffler ran, dashing off over the bank counter screens and out of Newt's reach. It'd be much easier to use an Accio, but there were too many Muggles.
As Newt and Trinity watched helplessly the Niffler sitting on a trolley being pushed away by a guard through the security bars, down a corridor, and into an elevator, the American man who tripped on Newt's case outside the bank interrupted their activity.
"Hey, Mr. English guy! I think your egg is hatching."
The wizards looked between the Muggle and the shutting elevator doors before the copper-haired one pointed his wand decidedly at the other man, pulling him and the egg magically across the bank atrium toward the couple. And, in a split second, the three of them Disapparated.
🐾
Apparating into a narrow stairwell leading to the bank's vaults, Newt put his wand between his teeth and gently took the egg back from the American guy as it was hatching, revealing a small, blue, snake-like bird. The Magizoologist turned his face full of wonder towards the other two presents as though expecting a similar reaction from them.
