"What the fuck do you want?"
Jack hadn't been expecting anything less. "To know why you ran outside," he said.
"It's none of your fucking business," Rye replied with a snarl as he picked at his chips.
"I know that but it looks a bit fucking dodgy, don't you think?"
"It is fucking dodgy!" he snapped, "what the fuck are we doing?"
"What the fuck happened to not talking about it?" Jack frowned.
"Can we really keep doing this and not talking about it?" Rye rolled his eyes, "are you even-" he cut himself off.
"Are you?" Jack questioned.
Rye shrugged. He avoided Jack's eyes and sat down; he'd been pacing until Jack came out and made him stand still.
Jack sat down opposite him and sighed, "does it even matter? I mean, let's be real, we're not gonna tell anyone."
"That's true," Rye mumbled, "I guess it's just been easy to avoid thinking about until now."
"I know how you feel," Jack agreed, "but hey, this doesn't mean you have to come out or whatever."
"You're the last person I ever thought would find out," Rye looked up at him and frowned a little as he ate his last chip.
Jack smirked, "I guessed. You're the last person I ever thought I'd be fucking around with behind people's backs."
That made Rye laugh, "you can say that again" He calmed down a little, maybe it was alright that they were doing this. It gave them both a chance to "come out" without actually coming out. Maybe that was all they both needed, at least for now.

The five lads ended up in Mikey's. The other three hadn't asked about Rye and Jack's talk until they were halfway through a movie.
"What were you and Jack talking about?" Andy asked Rye, though said it loud enough for Jack to hear it and look up at them.
Rye shrugged, "not a lot. Just trying to keep the peace."
Andy nodded and Jack looked back at the movie, happy with his response. He knew that Rye was more worried than he was about this whole situation, but he was still a little concerned he'd slip up. Either of them could slip up for that matter, he'd never done anything with a guy before and he was pretty certain Rye hadn't either.
---
Mikey and Jack were the only two still awake by midnight (unlikely I know) and Jack jumped up, "any chance I can use your shower?"
"Yeah, course," Mikey laughed, though soon fell asleep without Jack to talk to anymore.
Jack figured he could take his time in the shower as everyone was asleep, so he took the time to think about everything. The talk he and Rye had had earlier was fighting it's way to the front if his mind. He didn't like Rye, but he didn't want him to feel bad about who he was, maybe because he could relate, he knew how it felt to be confused about who you are.
He was relaxing under the flow of the hot water when he heard something, or rather someone.
"Sorry," Rye mumbled, half asleep but seemed to wake up when he realised who it was standing naked a couple of feet from him.
Jack popped his head out of the shower curtain and smirked, "hey."
Once Rye was done, he made sure to lock the door, ensuring that they were locked in, and stripped off.
"And what are you doing?" Jack questioned, raising a brow.
"I can't wash my hands in the sink because you're in the shower so I thought I'd join you," he smirked, "just to wash my hands, obviously."
"That's a valid point," Jack chuckled and, once Rye had stepped into the shower, grabbed his hair to pull him close and kiss him roughly.
After a lot of kissing and a lot of teasing, Jack couldn't take it anymore and let his hand trail down to Rye's cock, earning a moan from him, but they both went silent when they heard a sharp knock on the door a few minutes later.
"I don't know who's in there but I really need to pee," Brooklyn said through the door.
Jack put a finger to his lips to shush Rye, getting a sarcastic look from him, "oh yeah, I was gonna tell him we were both in here," he whispered.
"What do we do?" Jack whispered back and Rye shrugged.
"Gimme a minute," Jack called and Brook groaned.
"What do we do?" Jack mouthed.
"Let him in and don't let him fucking see me," Rye whispered and Jack rolled his eyes, getting out and grabbing his towel.
"Finally, I've been dying for a wee," Brooklyn said as Jack opened the door. Rye was hidden by the shower curtain and kept quiet as Jack backed up toward the curtain and joined Rye once again, just to make sure that Brook didn't open it.
Brooklyn left quickly and the two boys sighed in relief, soon picking up where they left off.
Since the other boys were asleep downstairs, Jack ran into Mikey's room when they were done in the shower, "shotgun Mikey's bed!"
"Nah, I get the bed," Rye said as he ran past him and leaped onto it. Jack raised a brow and grabbed him, pulling him to the floor and jumping onto the bed.
Rye glared at him as he stood up, rubbing his elbow, "ow!"
"Sorry," Jack laughed, "but I shotgunned it so it's mine."
"At least share," Rye pouted, "those guys aren't comfy to sleep on."
"And what if they see us?" Jack raised a brow as he pulled the covers over his almost naked body - they'd both just put boxers on after their shower.
"They won't, they're lazy, I always wake up before them," he chuckled, "and hey, you're meant to sleep with someone after you fuck them anyway."
Jack rolled his eyes and pulled the covers back to give Rye room to get in, "fine." He threw the covers over him once he was in and turned to him. Rye put his arm around Jack as he rested his head on his chest, "you're not meant to sleep with people you don't like though."
"You're not meant to fuck them either."
"Good point."
