Hello everybody it's me Silver-chan before we begin I just wanna say thanks for reading this book. By the way there are lots of POV changes this chapter, so ya. Grey's POV
"Damn it! I can't do anything! She keeps showing up out of nowhere and getting me, she's gotten me so many times how is she doing it?!" I sighed in frustration walking aimlessly around the city. I hope Juvia is having better luck than I am...
Rico's POV
'This is far to easy!' I thought, smirking to myself. These guys are all pathetic, even the one person i thought was strong hasn't even earned a single point. I sighed, this is getting boring... Suddenly I got a fantastic idea, I already have enough points to win so why not do some art? I pulled out my sketchpad and a pencil, found a comfortable spot on a roof and started to sketch a bunny.
"What's this? Is she sketching??" the announcer guy said in confusion.
Scarlett's POV
"What's the heck is she doing!?" Jay squawked.
"She's being Rico" Bitsy replied, as if it was the most obvious thing in the world. "This is what she does you should know that by now."
"That looks fun..." Mila pouted.
Suddenly I felt a pair of eyes on us, without turning my head I redirected my eyes to a blond mage from Fairytail.
"What's up with Ouroboros? They're the guild that came in first in the preliminary, and for some strange reason they seem to be only targeting Gray this round." She said to herself.
"I know it's hard to keep your eyes off me, but it's not polite to stare cutie." Jay said, looking down at her then winking.
"Your so full of yourself Jay." Bitsy said smirking and shaking her head. The two began to argue about something irrelevant, however I was focused on the game below me.
Rico's POV
"Done!" I exclaim examining the masterpiece I had created.
"Hey folks I think Rico is done! Maybe now she'll get on the prowl once again." The announcer said.
I closed my sketch book and looked at the scores, still in first i see. Perhaps I should get some more points just in case. I stood up following the trail of magic power created by the crystals I marked the competitors with. I came across a frustrated looking Gray and gave him a swift kick to the back.
"You really are pathetic you know." I said looking down on him as he disappeared in the blue light.
I continued my hunt, stealing many points from the fairytail wizards. I got bored and decided to look for Rufus hoping he may be more of a challenger. I found him standing on top of a pillar. Suddenly he placed his fingers on the side of his head and a large magic circle appeared behind him.
"Memory-make." He said as if chanting a spell.
The bright sky suddenly darkened as if it was late at night. All of a sudden I began to emanate a soft yellow glow. Looking around me I noticed the other competitors glowing as well, standing out from the copies.
"Night of shooting stars!" Rufus finished.
Multiple lights appeared in the sky and rained down on all the competitors. Yells of pain and surprise could be heard from the others, but as soon as a light came for me I swiftly dodged. Looking up at Rufus she noticed him looking in the opposite direction smirking.
"And with this turn of events, Sabertooth is in first place!" The announcer yelled. Many of the others were surprised at this quick and unfortunate twist, but suddenly Gray said something and leaped for Rufus. Seizing the moment I leaped in front of Gray, his eyes widened, and I easily landed a hit on him.
"Ah, crap!" he yelled, not expecting my punch.
Mila's POV
"That Rufus guy was standing completely open up there." The blond fairy exclaimed.
"But still Rico passed him over to attack Gray." The red-headed fairy said worriedly.
Silly Fairies Rico is just following orders, the master always gets what he wants. Suddenly screams echoed down in the stadium. So you finally sprang your trap?
Rico's POV
The game was about to end, so i decided now would be a good time to spring my trap. The crystals I marked my opponents with, suddenly grew, lightly piercing their flesh. Causing all of them to loose a point and me to gain a point for all of them. As soon as my new points were added to my score I quickly destroyed my crystals, and the game ended.
"WWWHHHAATTT!!!" the announcers all yelled in surprise,, hurting my ears. "I can't believe it folks! That last minute attack put Ouroboros in first place! Meaning that the winner of Hidden is Rico Ayaka!!!!"
The other guilds were shocked at the sudden turn of events, but the shock of the audience soon became cheers. I stood there and laughed, a maniacal laugh that is sure to haunt there dreams.
"With that said in second place is the amazing Rufus of Sabertooth! In third Lyon of Lamia Scale! Then Eve of Blue Pegasus! In fifth is Beth of mermaid Heel!, Then Quattro Cerberus, Fairytail team B, and Fairytail team A. Both Fairytail teams tried their hardest but it wasn't enough to get them out of last place."
The two Fairytail wizards walked off in shame, the audience shouted about Fairytail being a weak guild and them being weak wizards as they walked. I honestly felt bad for them, perhaps I went a little overboard,
"You did well, they will fear the name Ouroboros." A voice whispered in my ear sending shivers down my spine. No, what I did was necessary, anything less wouldn't suffice, the master always gets what he wants. They were weak so I did what I had to do, whether or not I think it's right is irrelivent.
#1 Rico was very disappointed in Rufus, not having a single point so far into the competition, she hoped that just maybe he might've been a little bit of a challenge.
#2 Rico decided to sketch a bunny, because it's her second favorite animal, Her favorite being chickens. Her sketchbook is already filled with sixty-three pages of chicken drawings so she decided on a bunny.
#3 Rico thought Rufus's shooting stars were very beautiful, and was a little impressed with his skills.
#4 Rico destroyed her crystals after she used her trap because she didn't want them to find out about her magic.
