Basically just Naruto hiding his true self which is the opposite of what everyone in the village and academy knows him as. Sasuke knows the true Naruto.
They are married (the wonderful hokage made it possible) And for some weird reason Naruto is pregnant with Sasuke's child.
The day he drops his mask, he carries Sasuke to the academy with him, he isn't suppose to be carrying heavy things (Includes Sasuke)
And right now Sasuke regrets voting for Naruto to drop his mask because he loves Naruto too much to not have any reaction to whatever he is doing to Sasuke, even if they are in public.
Whatever happens at the academy and the village after people find out is up to you~
