Remember the time,
You had me inside,
The names you'd choose
Made me smile.

                     Anne and Rick,
                     Were It for dad.
                     For mom, I was Belle,
                     Or Dean, if a lad.

The times you'd murmur,
Close to her Tum.
How soothing the sound
Of the voices that hummed.

                    So, What changed, Father?
                    What went wrong?
                    Your, fathomless love,
                    Now, forgotten long.

Mom, your tender arms
That loved so dear,
Where did they go?
What did they fear?

                  Dad, I am your Anne,
                  Mom, your Dean's alive,
A bit of both, neatly stitched,
                  In me, they survive.

Don't hate the Lord's creation,
Your love, is all I need.
For I am just a part of you,
But you are the whole for me.
