Merciren couldn't believe his eyes. All of his texts wouldn't go through. He knew Janice was on her phone. It was a free day. You're welcome class. He had talked the teacher into giving them all a free day. Almost everyone was on their phones. Janice even. He stared at his phone half tempted to throw it halfway across the room in anger, but he wasn't going to since it was his fifth phone in a year. If he broke this one he would have to wait two whole long years for a new one. That was said by both parents. Before they left for their jobs. He wanted to contact his father badly. He would see his mom later at night when she arrived at home. He loved his mother not only because she was there for him, but she did what he liked to do, no matter how disturbing.

(A/N No not like that get your mind out of the gutter.)

Merciren sat waiting for a text to go through. Nothing. He was getting pissed off at the schools shit internet and his cellular service. He knew he would get a message through at some point.

Janice watched in secret as Merciren looked to get progressively more and more pissed off at something on his phone. She ignored it for a while though. It got a bit harder after a while. He looked to get progressively more and more pissed. She looked at him in worry. She then decided to text MarkFace.

Markface: No almost none of my messages would send. Sorry.

Me: It's fine. At least you told me why.

Markface: I think I have a problem.

Markface: I need help on it. The help needs to come from you.

Markface: Janice, I love you.

Markface: Hey.

Markface: I hate me fucking phone right now.

Markface: I would have thrown my phone by now. Too bad my parents told me if I broke this one I would have to wait two whole fucking years.

Markface: Wow.

Me: Did you try sending all of those.

Markface: Yeah.

Me: Okay.

Janice was glad to know he was okay. She looked over at Merciren; he seemed more calm now. What was up with him earlier. He looked really pissed. She seemed calm, but on the inside she was nervous and scared. She needed to get him to be hers as soon as possible.

Merciren was glad to have talked to Janice. He finally got a message to get through. He hated that all of the other texts sent after that. She had looked surprised. He had tried to hide his face from her in that moment. Mainly because he was sitting right across from her. He was a happy person at least for now. He knew he could be happier holding Janice close to him. He was working on getting her to be his.
