I sighed as I ended the call.

Isang linggo nang hindi nagpaparamdam sa akin si Phia. Hindi ko alam kung ano nang nangyayari sa kanya.

"Pasado alas-dos ng tanghali ay may natagpuang bangkay ng limang hindi makilalang kalalakihan sa isang basurahan malapit sa isang construction site ng Yuinne Tunnel Road. Ayon sa nag-iisang witness ay may pulang van ang huminto sa tapat ng basurahan na inakala niyang may itatapon ng basura. Pero pagkalipas ng ilang minuto ay saka naman ito humarurot ng alis. Kapansin-pansin na hugis tao ang mga nakahilata sa basurahan kaya agad itong nilapitan ng impormante at nakita ngang mga bangkay ng kalalakihan ang iniwan sa basurahan."

"Hindi ko po talaga nakita ang lulan ng van since tinted ito ng black. And who would ever thought may ibabasura ngang tao diyan diba? So, I never gave too much attention. Passer lang naman ako since may pupuntahan lang ako sa kabilang kanto------"

Phia's PoV

Ilang araw na rin akong naging busy. People in this freaky business. Crap people are really hard to handle. Too demanding,too judgemental,too cruel and too complicated. But nothing is complicated to a venomous snake.

Napatingin ako sa kisame ng kuwarto ko.

I wrote the code down a sheet of paper.

I called for Damien who came ASAP in my room.

Phia's PoV

Katatapos ko lang maligo nang mapansin kong nakabukas ang bintana ko. Kinabahan ako kaya inilabas ko ang baril na nakatago sa ilalim ng unan ko. My father left this to me for my protection whenever they're not around.

I went closer to the window and looked around. Nang masigurado kong walang tao ay  isinarado ko ulit ito.

Mahihiga na sana ako sa kama ko nang mapansin ko ang isang maliit na piraso ng papel na nakadikit sa computer screen.

As I read it ay parang nabunutan ako ng tinik.

Phia's PoV

Hinihintay ko si Perry dito sa isang sikat na art gallery. Pretentious snake. Snake is the theme of the exhibition. I am wearing an all black outfit hugging my body perfectly. I also wore a mask because it is required in this exhibition. It's like a masquerade snake exhibition.

Am I late? Napangiti ako sa papalapit na tao.

Of course not. A nerd never comes late but a genius always come first. I teased making her frown.

Tss! Conceited as ever. Napasimangot ako sa isa pang dumating. I just remembered na wala palang kaibigan  so Perry so obviously ang kapatid  ang ginawang body guard. It's a snake exhibition after all. You can't know when a sly one attacks.

Tara na nga. May epal eh. Ako saka iningusan si Mill.

Sweet! Bulong sa akin ni Perry. Pinandilatan ko siya. I-pair up ba naman ako sa panget niyang kapatid.

Yuck! Ako saka siya hinila papasok. She giggled while I pinch her teasingly.

Ilang araw ka na ring hindi nagparamdam. Perry, medyo lumayo muna sa amin si Mill kaya nag-uusap na kami ni Perry. Pero siyempre mahina lang.

Yeah! I've been busy. Sagot ko sa kanya.

Wow! Mukhang businessman lang. She joke out that made me looked at her seriously.

Well! I AM a businessman. I quoted the am word. I am the new leader of Perpetual Gang. Ako that made her gasp exasperately.

You're crazy. She stated. Nakatingin siya sa akin na parang ako na ang pinaka-baliw na nakilala niya.

Listen Perry. I am gonna be their downful. After gaining their trust, I'll slowly destroy them. And please, don't ever try contacting me while I'm at it. I don't want you to be a part of any of this. I dragged her slowly on the part wherein there is no  much people.

You're killing yourself, I hope you know that. Siya.

I already know Perr. But I can't get out now. Not now that half of my plan is working. She hugged me.
I hear her sobbing and that made my hurt clench in pain. I love this little girl. She is the best friend I ever had.

*bang*bang*bang*bang*

Napayuko kami bigla ni Perry dahil sa putok na yun. Ngayon ko lang din napansin na malapit lang pala kami sa glass wall.

I dragged Perry behind the walls then inilabas ang baril ko. I spotted Mill exchanging fires to our attackers.

I also fired my gun aiming the man beside a car. Maybe their get away car.

I also aimed for the driver beside him so that they will not get away soon.

Nagpalitan kami ng putok that destroyed the whole gallery and made people go chaotic. I remember these guys from Scalawag Gang.

Those traitor. I'll make 'em pay.

Nang matapos namin sila ay napasandal ako sa laser na pinagtataguan ko. I sighed then faced Perry. My face drained its color as I saw her pale,breathless and bleeding.

N-no! Perry! I called out voiceless.

Perry! PERRY! I started panicking while my eyes are unstoppably falling down my cheeks. Press Perry wake up. Please!

Perry! Oh God! Mill came and carried Perry in his arms.

Sumunod ka na lang. Mill stated talking to me.

I nodded then shove off the tears on my cheeks.

I'll make them pay for this.
