Chris invited Adam out to lunch to which he had said yes. Adam got ready to go and headed out the door. This time, he brought baby Stephan with him.
Chris had brought Zach with him. They met at the entrance of their favorite restaurant and walked in.
"Last time you invited me out to lunch you had something to say. So do you have something you need to say?" Adam asked.
"Actually yeah. There is something I need to say. First, let me just say that I'm getting married." Chris replied.
"Oh my god Chris that's amazing!" Adam exclaimed. "There's one more thing.... Will you be my best man?" Chris asked.
Adam smiled. "Me? Really?" He asked. Chris nodded. "Why?" Adam asked.
"Because you're my little brother and I love you. Also because I think you should be a big part of my wedding day. It wouldn't be the same without you or Tristin." Chris replied.
Adam smiled more. "I'm honored to be your best man. It's a yes." He said. "Awesome." Chris replied and hugged him.
"Now, let's get some food. Stephen and I are hungry." Adam said with a laugh. He and Chris ordered some food.
Stephen dug into Adam's french fries and stuffed his mouth. Adam laughed. "Careful bud."
Stephen enjoyed the fries he and Adam shared. Chris enjoyed visiting with his baby nephew.
"You're such a cute little guy." Chris said. Stephen giggled and played peekaboo with Chris until he got tired and fell asleep.
"Guess that means it's nap time." Adam said as he and Chris left the restaurant. He put Stephen in the car, said goodbye to Chris, and drove home.
