Sam had soon begun to regain his consciousness, he head felt heavy and it pounded inside like someone was taking a jackhammer to his skull. He opened his eyes only to be greeted by darkness, it took him a few seconds that there was some kind fabric bag over his head to keep him from seeing. He tried to reach around but felt his hands restrained to a metal chair he sat on, his legs were restrained as well but to the front legs of the chair. The smell of light perfume came to him, it was light and sweet, obviously a woman's perfume. He assumed that they were sitting in front of him, and let out a sigh before speaking, "Are we going to talk, or sit here in silence?". He heard the sound of an older woman laugh, it sounded familiar as if he had heard it before, he soon began to recognize the smell of the perfume as lavender. The fabric was removed from his head from someone standing behind him, it had taken his eyes a few seconds to adjust from the darkness that was draped over his eyes to now a light room.
In front of him was his teacher, Ms. Rupert. She was wearing a much more formal outfit then the one she wore at school but it still kept her cheerful vibe. "Hello, again Samuel!" Her voice was as kind and light-hearted as always, seeing her he let out a sigh of relief. "You too Ms. Rupert, mind telling me where I am and why I'm restrained like this?" He did his best to keep his nerves at bay, the inside of his mind was racing with questions faster than a race car on a no limit freeway. The smiled on her face didn't leave as she spoke "Oh don't worry Samuel, you'll get your answers soon enough. So don't explode your head with questions.". His expression was now one of shock as she said that, "How did you-" she cut off his sentence, "I'm your teacher Samuel, shouldn't I know what my students are thinking?". She looked at the man behind him and gave him a nod. Sam felt the restraints that confined him retract and free his arms and legs, he rubbed where the metal restraint had been on his wrist and nodded to his teacher in thanks. The man behind him walked around and sat in a chair next to Ms. Rupert, he was tall and didn't have much built to him but he looked strong enough to stand his own in a fight. He had narrow emerald green eyes that seemed to have a glint of mischievousness in them, he had shaggy chocolate brown hair that wasn't very well managed like he had just gotten out of bed. He wore a comic t-shirt and loose black pants, and shoes with comic strips on them. He would seem pretty normal if it weren't for a few more things. . . He had some kind of electric circuit tattoos under his eyes, he hands very pointed ears, and the last things are that he wore yellow gloves with a white lab coat and goggles to go with it.
So overall he seemed like some techy star trek nerd that you'd see at a Comicon. Ms. Rupter's voice got him out of staring at the man and he looked over at her, "Now now Samuel, you shouldn't judge people at first glance like that" her tone was harsher to scold him. He said a quick sorry, "I'm sorry to say this Samuel, but you're going to join us. And that same day will change every day. Now James." she looked over to the man next to her "Go get him acquainted with everything." James nodded "On it Rupy." he grinned and made his way over to Sam. "W-Wait! Don't I get any say in this! I don't even know what you all do down here!" Sam looked frantically at Ms. Rupert, James picked up Sam and slugged him over his shoulder, "Let's go kid!" he carried Sam out of the room. "Wait! Ms. Rupert!" he called out while carried outside of the room. When they left Ms. Rupert's smile remained on her face, "Welcome to the organization Samuel Johnson."
