Chapter 1:

Cordelia's POV

When I was finished getting dressed and all that good stuff, I headed down stairs where my family awaited me to have breakfast. The chef placed my favourite foods in front of me which was fried bacon, sunny side up eggs, pancakes with butter and maple syrup.

"Good morning parents !" I broke the unwanted silence.

"Good morning!" Chirped my mom. She was one of those happy go lucky people. I think I have my dad's composed demeanour but I know how to have a good time. My mom was one of those ladies that men considered "sexy".

Anyways, I gobbled my food down like there was a black hole in my stomach. I jumped up screaming, " Done!". Grabbing my car keys, I flew out of the door and hopped in my 2013 Mercedes Benz.

I turned up the radio because my favourite song was on. If you must know it was "Fancy" by Iggy and someone else. Sorry, I forgot who sung it. Anywho, I reached to school five minutes after and parked in the reserve parking area at the front of the building. This is my Senior year and I was quite popular but not the bad kind.

I flipped my waist length dark brown hair with natural lighter brown hair lights to rest on my back. My hair isn't straight, wavy or curly, it depends on the day or the weather. I have chocolate brown eyes and I'm naturally tanned.

I finally reached the entrance and bolted inside. As I walked down the hall, all eyes were on me. Some people even called out compliments which were really sweet. I made it to my clique or whatever people call it and they all shouted, "Happy Birthday Cordelia!"

Soon it was class time and we all headed separate ways. Did I forget to mention that this school allows you to study for the career that you would be doing? Well, yes they do. Senior year is an introduction to you chosen field and mine is chemical engineering while Rosalie wants to do law, Maddison is doing sports health, Jesse is studying to be a therapist( I think he needs one himself) and finally Simon is studying to be an accountant.

I head to home room where role is taken and whatever else but something new happened today or should I say someone new?

Maddison is Maddy as well.

I wonder who new came?

Boy or girl in class.

New teacher.
