When Haley said she could stay the night I wanted to say yes but I didn't wanna rush her into anything Kiera asked if she could tuck her into bed she said yes and went upstairs i followed up quiteky Kiera asked if she could sing to her Haley said yes
"You are my sunshine my only sunshine you make me happy when sky's are grey you'll never know dear how much I love you please don't take my sunshine away"
Kiera was asleep I smiled when she came out
"You have an amazing voice "
"Oh thanks "she smiles
"Look Haley I want you to stay I do but I don't wanna rush you into anything "
"It's ok Nathan I understand" I smile at him
I lean in and kiss her she kisses me back i pull her closer she wraps her arms around my neck I but her lip she opens her mouth
"Nathan phone " my mom says I sigh
"Who is it"
"some guy named chief Grason"
"I gotta take this I'll be back " I kiss her
I go down "hello Nathan speaking "
"Hi Nathan it's chief granson just wanan make sure you still coming Saturday "
"Yes sir I'll be there"
"Okay classss start at 4 am"
"Alright sir see you then I hang up "
"What was that about " my mother asks
"I'm becoming a fireman "

I'm still upstairs Kiera starts yelling I go in and lay down with her
"Shh sweetie it's ok " she cuddles up with me
Nathan comes up and sees
"Everything ok "
Ya she was having a bad dream anyway it's getting late I should go I try and get up but can't
Nathan comes over and helps but Kiera won't let go
" honey you have to let go "
" no mommy stay" Kiera says

Hearing her call Haley mommy I froze a bit
" Nathan you ok " she asks
" ya I'm fine " I say
I'm gonna go I'll see you tomorrow " she gets up and kissed my cheek and walks downstairs I hear the door open and then close my mom comes up
"Nathan what happen "
"Kiera called her mommy "
"Is that a bad thing Nathan you told me you were ready to move on
" I am ready but hearing Kiera call Haley mommy kinda freaks me out a bit because what if we don't work out or I lose her to"

" I know mom" I get up and call Haley

"Haley just stop where you are I'm coming to get you" I drive and I see her I get out
"I'm sorry hearing her call you mommy scared me a little because what if for some reason me and you don't work out or I lose you to"
" Nathan that's not gonna happen I've liked you since 8th grade " she smiles
I hug her and she hugs me
"Will you go to prom with me "
"Yes" she smiles and kisses me she gets out and goes inside
