18 - Epilouge

I looked into the mirror and I saw a girl in a beautiful purple dress. Her hair was curly and the make-up she had wasn't strong. It was more natural,just perfect.

Her brown eyes were shining and she smiled at her reflection in the mirror. ,,You are beautiful," I turned around to see my granny and Haley standing in the door. 

,,Thank you," I smiled at them when they came closer to me. I looked back at my reflection and my granny grabbed my hand. ,,You look just like your mother," she told me and I became sad. 

,,I wish she was here," I whispered to her and she noded. ,,She is," I looked at Haley who spoke up next to me. 

,,Agh..stop it. I don't want to cry now," I sobbed and I wiped away my tears. This was the perfect moment. Me, granny and Haley together at this evening. 

Suddenly we heard a knock on the door. ,,I'll open it," Haley said and the went quickly down. ,,I'm proud of you," granny said and I looked at her suprised. ,,Why?" she smiled at me. ,,Because you are so strong. You hold this family together," she told me and I hugged her. 

,,I love you," I whispered to her ear. ,,Me too," she said, ,,Okay it is time to go now. Shall we?" she grabbed my head and I took a deap breath. ,,We shall," I noded and we started to walk down.

Down in the hall I saw Haley near the door smiling at me. Next to her Cameron with Peyton, who had and amazing blue dress. 

And in front of them Brad who smiled when he saw me. ,,You look gorgeous," he told me. ,,Thank you...Shall we?" I asked them and they all noded. 

,,Bye," we all greeted my sister and my granny. ,,Have fun," she told us before we sat into the car. ,,Let's go," Cameron said and the car left our driveway.

Few minutes later we were at our school. We opened the door to the gym. ,,It's beautiful," I said when I saw how they decorated the gym. 

On the ceiling were lights which looked like stars. Tables were around the dance floor and many students were already having fun. 

,,Welcome to the this year's ball. I don't really have a speech, but I hope you will have a great time...so...Let's get this party started," Jen finished her short speech and the music started to play. 

,,Do you want to dance?" Brad asked me after we finished our conversation about one book. ,,Sure, why not?" I smiled at him and we went to the middle of the dance floor. 

I looked around and I saw that everyone was having fun. And then in the corner of the place, sitting by a table I saw Shawn. And so our eyes met. 

He looked really sad, but I quickly looked away. This night I will have fun, I thought to myself and so I started to talk with Brad. 

After like five songs I excused myself and I went to drink some water. I sat down and I freed my feet from my high-heels. ,,Agh, much better," I said to myself and the music suddenly stopped. 

,,Okay so now we will have a brea...," Jen started to speak, but she was interruped by someone in the audience. ,,Just a minute," she said and she went there. 

Everyone was whispering and then she came back. ,,Before a small break, give it up for Shawn Mendes!" she yelled and everyone started to clap. 

What is he doing? I stood turned away my eyes from the stage when he went up. ,,Hi..so..ehm," I slowly looked back and I saw that he was looking for someone in the audience. 

,,Ehm..This song is for a really special person," he started to speak when our eyes met. ,,This person taught me that life can be better. You don't have to bad to others. This girl changed my life and she believed in me. Rose this song is for you, I hope you can forgive me," he said and the whole room went quiet.
