EPILOGUE PART 1

Snuggled under the moonlit night in a blanket together, Neil & Avni were quietly enjoying each other's company.

After the unveiling of their year long marriage and Neil being the Secret Admirer, chaos had ensued. It had been a long day of answering questions & soothing miffed feelings. It had left them both feeling emotionally exhausted!

But now they were here, in their own home, together at last, fred from the barriers of secrets!

"But how did you come up with this Secret Admirer idea & why?, Avni suddenly enquired.

The question startled a chuckle out of Neil who went back to the day it all began...the day @ Club Alpha...when Ali had proposed to his Avni!!

Neil was so overwhelmed with the thought of His Friend, Ali being in Love, which was quiet evident in his Shiny blue eyes, and finally showing some courage to Confess the same to the one it mattered. He celebrated the news with few shots, ofcourse sharing them with Ali. Though Girls couldnt join them for hard drinks, owing to their strict dietary calls, they do joined them with their fruit mocktails.

Their gang was soon going to be picture perfect "Neil and Avni" and "Ali and Mithali." Though they, or rather anybody else, didnt have an ounce of idea about His and Avni's mariatal relationship still he couldnt help himself imagining them partying and clubbing like a double date. Which will be possible only after Avni agrees to share their hidden secret with everyone after her World championship, as promised. How he craved to address her as "His wifey" in public and more importantly the shocked faces of their friends in return will be just the perfect cherry on the top.

Amidst his monologues mental thoughts he became little late in noticing When Mithali and Avni stood up to join the dance floor followed by Ali. He expected Ali to take on this perfect chance and sneak out with his lady Love for his much awaited confession, which he had reharsed in front of him thousand times for the day.

As if Ali read his thoughts, he did exactly what Neil expected but not with the one Neil expected.

Neil was left in a puddle of shock surprise and confusion when he saw Ali dragging Avni along with him towards the decided site of his plan of action, the terrace.

An unexplainable and undefined strong surge of emotion ran through his veins which totally caught him off guard. His heart pounded with the mere thought of what if the obvious possibility presented to him turns out to be true?

Shunning away all his obnoxious notions, he followed the two, quiet impatiently. Unfortunately when he reached the terrace Ali was already on his knees with extended Rose in his hand. He felt something burn inside him. Neil felt an undeniable urge to barge in and break Ali's teeth in countless pieces.

But then the poor guy wasnt at fault either, for the circumstance were not normal. The arrangement wasnt normal. Neil's mind started to spun like a merry go round, and cease to think coherently.

One look at His Avni's face and he was certain about the fact that, It was equally unexpected and unannounced for her too. With added effects of humiliation it broungt to her. For she was the one who was as clear as daylight that there was something cooking between Ali and Mithali. Moments later he saw Avni running out of the place with a lightening speed.
