The Red Mansion

Within seconds, Mrs. Renee walks into the house with Ricky and Robert.   "Richard, I'm so glad to see you," said Ricky as he ran and gave his brother a hug.  "I'm also happy to see you both." said Richard  "Here, Mrs. Renee bought us ice cream, this one yours," said Robert as he handed him an ice cream.   Ricky looked around, "Hey, where daddy?" asked Ricky   "He's busy today, you'll see him in the morning.  Now let's eat our ice cream outside on the porch, we don't need to make a mess for Mrs. Renee to clean up." said Mr. Ross as he opened the front door, while the three boys walked out eating their ice cream.

"So, where's that monster of Mrs. Missy?' asked Mrs. Renee  "Oh, I see you finally got to meet her.  She sitting over there, you see." said Mr. Ross as he pointed at the sofa.  "What is she doing there?  I figure she wanted her room clean so badly that's where she'll be." she replied  "Well, there she is, I think something spooks her bad.  She came out the forest screaming, but when we asked her what happen, she was rub but didn't tell us what was wrong." explained Mr. Ross

Renee stood silent.  "She was responsible for Ray Ray's death.  He wouldn't be able to hunt her if she were innocent.  The spell only works if she's guilty of any wrongdoing.  So it looks like she's not innocent after all." she thought.   "Hey, are you still here?" asked Mr. Ross as he waved his hands in front of Mrs. Renee's face.  "Stop doing that I'm fine.  I just zone out for a minute there. I'm having me a cup of coffee, then I'm heading home." she said as she served herself a cup.  "No, it's too late, you can stay in the guest room. Besides I need you here in the morning.  Richard and I must head back to the hospital to check on Mr. Nate." explained her brother  "That's fine with me.  I can keep a closer eye on that witch." Renee whispered as she smiles.

"Don't worry, you won't be the only one keeping a close eye on her. I don't understand why she's sitting over there, and not in her bedroom, looking out the window and having herself a drink.  Something doesn't seem normal." Mr. Ross explained as he too sat down for a cup of tea.

Richard and his younger brothers finished eating their ice cream.  The boys walked into the house, giggling and laughing.  "It's nice to hear them still able to laugh." said Renee  "I know these past days there been nothing but sadness in the house." replied Mr. Ross   "Hey, I see you finished the ice cream.  Richard, take the boys to wash up and get them ready for bed. I'll be in soon to say goodnight." said Mrs. Renee 

"Come on, you heard Mrs. Renee," said Richard as he pushed them down the hallway.  "Really do we have to take a bath? Let me just wash my face and hands.  I'm not all dirty." said Robert.  "No, deal boy, you and Robert get in the tub first, I'll take a bath, when you two are done," said Richard as he laid out his brother's pajamas on the bed.  The two boys grabbed them and ran to the bathroom.  They took a bath and jumped right into bed.  Richard then went into the bathroom, by the time he was done with his bath, his two younger brothers were already asleep.
