Your Point of View
As you made your way around the bunker to Dean's room, you bumped into Sam.
"Oh. Sorry Y/N. I didn't know that you were back. Hey... Uh... Where're Cas and Dean?" He asked.
That's when you remembered that Dean hadn't told Sam. You decided to use this to your advantage strategically, but that didn't mean that you couldn't mess with him.
"I think Dean went out on a beer run and I have no idea about Cas. I'm sure he's fine. He's always going all over the place." You said nonchalantly. "Hey. So I've been thinking about this whole mark thing and I wanna help. I know how much research you did by yourself when Dean had the Mark, and I think we could cover more ground if I help you."
"Yeah, sure. Come on, I'll show you what I've dug up so far." He said as he led you away from the dungeon and towards the library.
He had created a barricade of sorts on the table towards the back of the room. There were stacks of books with sticky notes popping out the sides, open books sprawled out across the table, and papers all over the floor.
"Wow. So have you found anything new? I mean, something that we didn't already know?"
"No. Not really. But I'm working on it, and with your help maybe we'll be able to find something. Gotta keep the hope, right?" He responded with a smile on his face. You smiled back.

Sam sat down and started on his computer, while you looked through the pages he had marked in the open books. But let's be honest, you weren't actually looking for anything. You didn't want to lose the Mark. You didn't want to be cured.
You reveled in the power that you now possessed. In the past you had always felt, somewhat, helpless and weak. But now you were powerful. You were stronger than you had ever been before and it felt so good.
As time passed you grew bored and annoyed by the silence. The only sound was Sam's fingers typing away on his keyboard. You had had enough of this boring, innocent act. It was no fun.
You got up from the floor and made your way towards him.
"So... any luck?" You asked with your arms crossed, leaning against the table and facing him.
"No." He said. You could hear the frustration in his voice. Sam laid his head in his hands in exasperation. He had been doing practically nothing but research for the past few weeks and it had been running him down. It was only now that he actually let it show through his brave exterior.
"Hey." You said touching his shoulder. He lifted his head up as you brushed his hair behind his ear so you were able to see his handsome face. "It's gonna be okay. We'll figure it out. You're not alone. You know that, right? And I mean, look at me, I'm fine. You don't need to push yourself so hard Sam."
"Yeah, yeah, you're right. Sorry Y/N. I-" Sam was cut off by a yell from the distance saying, what sounded like 'Sammy.' You knew that Dean must've regained consciousness and was calling to his brother for help.
"Did you hear that?" Sam asked.
He went to stand up to move towards the sound, but before he was able to even stand all the way up you pushed him back down in his chair.
"Y/N, what the hell are you doing?"
Before he could say anything else you pressed your lips against his. At first he didn't kiss you back, but he soon gave into his instinctive urges. You sat down on his lap and wrapped your legs around his waist, never breaking apart from his lips.
You ran your fingers through his hair as he began to feel up your body. His hands made their way under your shirt and ran them across your back. We only stopped kissing for a moment as you slipped his shirt off over his head. Your fingers moved over his bare chest, feeling his abs and muscles tense as he picked you up and laid you on the table, knocking over all the research that he had so carefully laid out. He continued as you teased him by kissing down his neck and rubbing your body against his. He went to take your shirt off, when he suddenly backed away.
He walked away from you and began to pace, as he ran his hand over his mouth and through his hair.
Sam grabbed his shirt and pulled it over his head. "What-uh... what was that, Y/N?" He said, scared by what he had just done. He knew that Dean and you were together but he hadn't cared in the moment of our intimacy.
You ran back towards him and forced your lips onto his as he pushed you back. "Y/N! Stop it. What the hell are you doing? You're with Dean. This... this is not okay. This is anything but okay."
"Oh come on Sam. It's not like Dean's here, right now. Who cares?" You said moving closer to him again.
"'Who cares?' Me. I do. I care, Y/N. What the hell's gotten into you? This- this isn't you, Y/N. It's- it's the Mark." Sam said, trying to reason and justify what had just happened to himself.
"Not necessarily." You said, completely dropping the act of being the old innocent Y/N from before your death.
"What?" He said, confused by your statement.
"It's not necessarily because of the Mark. But if blaming it makes you feel better, then you just go on and stick to it Sammy." You said with a smart-ass tone in your voice as you blinked and showed Sam the person behind the curtains.
Your eyes flashed black only for a moment, until you felt a hand grab your shoulder. You turned around and saw Dean. You grabbed his arm and flung it behind him but he was faster than you had anticipated and the next thing you knew, you were pinned to the floor.
You saw Cas running in from the hallway to Dean, your eyes went black once again as your anger grew. Dean held you down while Cas injected you with what you could only assume was human blood by the painful burning sensation it sent running through your veins. you yelled and growled out in anger, almost animal like at them.
You knew what they wanted to do. They wanted to put you back in that devil's trap dungeon and cure you. "GET THE FUCK OFF ME!" You yelled at Dean as you struggled to get away, but it was too late. Cas had already put the cuffs around your wrists. You were screwed...
