Elizabeth's POV
Gowther the Goat Sin of Lust. (A/N: That's how you say it right?) We went through a lot of trouble to find him, just like the others. Yet still, Meliodas protected me, over and over again. He's always there for me and I for him.
Am I really...
"I think you are." I turn around only to see Gowther.
"I am what Sir Gowther?" I was confused and quite obviously showed it.
"I can read thoughts. I think you are there for Meliodas as much as he, and the rest of us, are there for you." My eyes widened. I didn't know he could read people's thoughts. I blushed a bit.
"O-oh thank you Sir Gowther. I didn't know you could read people's thoughts."
"Oh! Yes I can. Like his I know you think Captain is good looking." I blushed madly at his comment. I do think Meliodas is cute but, it's just a silly crush.
"S-sir G-Gowther!"

Meliodas' POV

I heard Elizabeth and Gowther talking so I turned around to see what it was about. As soon as my head turns I see a flustered Elizabeth and an emotionless Gowther.
He probably read her thoughts.
I laughed at that and remember all the good times Gowther and I would have when he did that to me.
"So Captain, what do you think made the princess a ripe tomato back there?" Ban asked sounding a bit drunk, though, we haven't had anything to drink today.
"Gowther read her mind, I could tell, it was all over his face." Ban looked confused.
"He's the most emotionless guy we know. What are you talking about?" I laughed at his confusion. He just doesn't know Gowther like I do, I guess. "Then...what do you think she was thinking about? Oh who am I kidding it was probably yo-"
"HEY! Ban come over here a sec, will ya?" Diane called. And not even a minute later Ban was sent flying. But, he'll be back soon, totally unharmed. We got back to the Boar Hat and Elizabeth went straight upstairs.
Whatever Gowther was talking to her about must've been pretty embarrassing.
Diane's POV
Poor Elizabeth. With all these boys around she can't even think to herself anymore. I'll have a girl talk with her.
I look into Elizabeth's window only to see her on the bed, crying.
"Elizabeth...what's wrong? Why are you crying?" She looked up at me and cried even more. "Hey come outside with me." I opened the window and grabbed her. "Let's talk somewhere more private." I walked, crying Elizabeth in hand, to a forest not too far from the Boar Hat. By the time we arrived at the forest she seemed to have calmed down. "So...what's wrong Elizabeth?"
"I-it's Sir Meliodas..."
"Oh...it's about the Captain again." It's true I had a thing for the Captain...for a time. But, I don't anymore so I'll do whatever it takes to help Elizabeth.
"Y-yes...I feel like he's always the one saving me and I'm just in the way of everything...an obstacle for him and everyone else to pass." She started crying again.
"I don't think so Elizabeth. I think, he likes you but doesn't know how to tell you. So he saves you again and again." I smiled. She smiled and nodded.
Meliodas POV
I was starting to get worried about Elizabeth. She's been gone for a while. But she's with Diane so I'm sure she'll be okay.
"Hey Captain?" I turned around to be greeted with a worried King. "Have you seen Diane? I don't know where she is and I'm worried."
"I don't know I saw her leave a while ago and I think she took Elizabeth with her 'cause she's gone too."
"Aren't you worried?!" King asked.
"Of course I'm worried but I know they'll be alright."
"But what if they're not?!"
"THEY WILL BE!" I looked up at King who was looking down sheepishly.
"S-sorry Captain.."
Dang it I snapped again
"No I'm sorry King, I didn't mean to yell." I walked up to my room and hopped on my bed. I've been snapping at everyone lately. I don't mean to, I've just been...stressed. I even snapped at Elizabeth a couple times. She always calms me down though, and I appreciate that. She's probably the only one who can.
Why am I so stressed anyway? Everyone's calmed down from the fight with Gowther, which didn't take long. Nothing's wrong. Nothing...nothing at all.

A/N: First chapter of a new book! And for people who have read or are reading my other book...this one will be just as trashy. I am going to continue that one as well though.
