Meliodas?

Elizabeth's POV
Lady Diane and I walked back into the Boar Hat and Sir Meliodas was yelling at someone.
Oh no...
He apologized to them and walked upstairs. I came in to a saddened King.
"King what happened?"
I responded for him, "Sir Meliodas snapped again, I'll go talk to him." And with that I walked upstairs to Sir Meliodas' room. I knocked lightly on his door. "Sir Meliodas, are you okay?" I didn't hear a response for a while and I got worried. But then, I heard a hoarse voice.
"Yeah I'm fine Elizabeth." From the sound of it he had been crying before.
He is not fine
"Sir Meliodas may I come in? I want to make sure your okay." He didn't say anything, instead he opened up the door with a bright smile on his face.
What?! He sounded so upset before...
"Sir Meliodas! But...you sounded so...upset before. Are you sure you're okay?!" He looked confused then smiled. He seemed like a completely different person than he was a few minutes ago.
"Yeah I'm okay, why?"
Meliodas' POV
"Your voice was just hoarse and it sounded like you had been crying!" What was she talking about? She sounded crazy! I don't know why I would be crying. "And you had snapped at King, I heard you!" Oh yeah, I did snap at King...didn't I...
"Yeah I know, that's why I came upstairs. But I feel like something else happened but I can't remember."
"Alright, why don't you retrace your steps. What happened after you yelled at King?" I allowed her into my room and thought.
"I apologized to him and went up here and...hmm." I couldn't remember. It was all a blur. "I don't know...you said I was crying?" She nodded which made me even more confused. This always happens. Everytime I snap I come up to my room to cool down and then something happens and I can't remember anything before Elizabeth comes to talk to me. "Sorry Elizabeth, I can't remember."
"Sir Meliodas, this has been happening a lot. Why can't you remember?" She looked and sounded worried. I wish I could tell her but I don't remember.
But I could tell her...
No! Don't tell her. She's just worried about this nothing else.
That voice...it's back.
I'm telling her. I've waited too long.
"Hey Elizabeth..." I started to speak but suddenly a sharp pain filled my head. I groaned and grabbed my head. I felt something dark consume me. Elizabeth put her hand on my shoulder and winced.
"Sir Meliodas, you're on fire!" She cried. I felt so different...so upset...I definitely wasn't myself. That's when everything went black and I heard an evil laugh.
??? POV
I stood up and looked at this so called  "princess." She had white hair and her bangs covered part of her face. Everytime, before I could get this far, she would somehow drive me out of Meliodas. I hate her. She always got in my way.
"Sir Meliodas?" She called. Her voice is so high pitched and annoying. I clicked my tongue and stared at her, clearly irratated. She looked back at me with a worried/scared look. "Are you o-" I cut her off by grabbing her and throwing her across the room. She stood and steadied herself. "Sir Meliodas please, what's wro-aahh!" Again, I cut her off and threw her to the other side of the room. I walked over to her and stared her down. She cowared in fear which made me smirk. "Y-you're n-not Sir M-meliodas." She tried to sound confident but stuttered. I smirked some more at the sight of her wounded figure. I heard foot steps at the door and quickly allowed Meliodas back in control...
Meliodas' POV
Darkness...that's all I could see. I felt that sharp pain in my head again and then saw a bright light.
I woke up and I was in a bed. It had gray sheets so I knew I was in my room. I sat up and immediately laid back down. My head was killing me. I looked around as far as I could and saw two places in my wall where it was chipped. I was confused as to why and how that happened but shook it off. I tried to sit up again and managed to get my head up, but that was it. Just as I got a bit more comfortable my door slammed open and there stood three very angry sins. Well two very angry sins and one emotionless sin. They came over to me and Ban grabbed me by my collar. I felt so dizzy and nauseous.
"Why? Why, huh?" Why, what?
"W-what do you m-m-mean?" I stuttered and my vision started getting blurry.
"I mean why did you hurt Elizabeth? What did she do, huh?!"
I hurt Elizabeth...when? Why?
These questions and more filled my head and made it hurt more than it already did.
"Why...w-would...I-I...do th-that..." Ban looked at me and back at King and Gowther.
"Elizabeth did say he might forget what he did. She said it's been happening lately actually," King said. My vision kept getting blurrier and blurrier until all I could see were colors blurred together. I felt really cold for some reason. My head hurt really bad but I pushed all my pain aside and asked:
"I-is El-lizab-beth ok-kay?" I couldn't see their reaction but still, they spoke.
"Yeah, she's okay. A little bruised here and there but otherwise, just fine. She's worried about you though." That was Ban's voice. I felt more lightheaded than before and said one last thing before everything went black:
"Tell...Elizabeth...I'm sorry."

A/N: Over 960 words, jeez. And btw I'm so so sorry I haven't been putting up anything on either of my stories. I've been really busy and I have writer's block when it comes to my other story soo...yeah.  However, I go on spring break next week so 👍I'll have a lot of writing and thinking time.
