Slight Jealousy

Meliodas' POV

I slowly opened my eyes to see my ceiling.

What happened?

I thought for a moment until I felt the pounding in my head. I guess I hadn't realized it before. I groaned loudly and put my hand to my head. Not even 30 seconds later someone came rushing in.

"Meli are you alright?" It was Elizabeth and King came running after her.

"Captain! You're awake! Thank goodness!" He sighed. Elizabeth came running over to me a tackled me in a hug. I groaned a bit and she quickly let go, worry written all over her face.

"I-I'm so sorry Meli, I didn't mean to hurt you!" She apologized.

"No it's alright Lizzie, my head just hurts a bit." I began to climb out of bed but King stopped me.

"You should rest some more. You over exerted yourself out there." He said softly. I shook my head.

"I have to at least try to move around. Besides, my body doesn't hurt it's just my head." Elizabeth quickly asked if I wanted some medicine from Gowther or something. I appreciated her being so nice so I nodded.

She ran out and soon came back with a small bottle of blue liquid. I drank it and my headache subsided. I thanked her and King for taking care of me and walked out of the room. However, I head soft footsteps behind me.

Elizabeth's POV

As Meli walked out of the room I thought about what he said before the Holy Knights had arrived

I started to get up to speak to Sir Ban when Meli pulled me back down. I gave him a confused look and he whispered,

"Make sure you come back fast before he notices what I have, that you're missing."

I blushed at the thought when I knew what he meant then. I followed him outside and tapped his shoulder lightly.

"U-um Meli....can I have my...things back please?" He looked confused for a moment, but smirked nonetheless. He handed me a pair of baby blue and white striped underwear and walked off, chuckling at my embarressed state.

I ran to his room, shut the door and quickly put them back on.

I wish I knew how he does these things. I thought, stepping out of the room. I slapped both of my cheeks, attempting to stop the obvious blush all over my face. Sadly, to no avail.

Thinking back, I realize what I had actually been doing with Sir Meliodas for the past few days. I blush even more, though, I'm a bit confused.

Now my emotions are jumbled together, creating some sort of feeling deep inside. I don't know if I like it. I feel happy he was like that with me. I feel sad he might have just done it because he was sick and needed someone to cheer him up.

I'm definitely in love, and it hurts...just a bit.

Gowther's POV

The captain has been straining himself lately. It is clearly not good for his health, especially with that demon sickness he has contracted.

I sit upon Hawk's mother and breath in heavily.

"The air outside is nice, huh?" Says the recognizable voice of the captain. I turn my head slightly, nodding in agreement. He slowly makes his way over to where I am seated. He takes a seat himself, having a bit of trouble due to injuries. Soon enought he and I are sitting looking at the blue sky in silence.
