“Hello Mr. Min, I'm glad to see that you're feeling better” Officer Kim says with a smile. He's been visiting Yoongi every few days over the past three weeks, keeping him up to date on the case. Today Yoongi is getting released from the hospital.

“Thanks Officer Kim. How's BamBam?” The tall man sighs “He is fine, got out of the hospital a week later. While under the affects of the drugs, he told us about the rest of his victims. Guy sure likes to boast. We have in total, 43 dead teenagers and the attempted murder of you, plus threats against the life of and assault on Park Jimin”

Yoongi shakes his head. “Those poor kids, that's so messed up” Officer Kim agrees. “About Park Jimin though, do you want to file charges or do you want him to be let go?” Yoongi chews on his lip nervously.

“Can I see him?”

The door to the holding cell opens and Jimin looks up “Yoongi-hyung?” He's obviously surprised to see him. “Hey Jiminie”

The two sit and talk for a good hour and a half. Jimin tells Yoongi about his life and how he got into this messed up situation. “I was just trying to earn some extra cash to get myself a nice apartment” Jimin explains and apologizes to Yoongi a million times.

After their talk, Yoongi tells the officer to let the boy go. Officer Kim was a bit unsure but he did as Yoongi asked. Jimin was not expecting to be let go. He promised Yoongi that he'd never do anything like that again and Yoongi believed him. Even Jungkook made amends with Park Jimin.

“Ready?” Jungkook asks, Yoongi nods and the two turn to leave the station. “Mr. Min, wait!” Officer Wang calls out, he was on the case of abuse with Yoongi’s parents. “Yes, officer?” The blonde man smiles “I just wanted to let you know that your parents were visited this morning by a few officers and your sister was taken from their care”

Yoongi gasps. “Joy.. Is she… Is she here?” The officer nods. “You're her only living relative that we know of, so if you cannot or just don't want to take custody of her, she'll have to be given to Foster care”

Yoongi frowns, he doesn't want his baby sister to be put into Foster care but… He can barely take care of himself, let alone a now 7 year old. Jungkook lays a soft hand on Yoongi’s shoulder and whispers “You are a great big brother, you took all the beatings to keep her from having to endure them. You can take care of her, plus, eomma and appa will love having her around”

Yoongi frowns again and turns to Jungkook. “They're already taking care of me, I can't ask them to take in another kid!” Jungkook chuckles “Baby, I already told them this might happen and they are so excited at the thought of having another kid around. They always wanted to have another kid, a little girl, but my mom's body just couldn't handle a second child”

Yoongi chews on his lip, nervously before turning to the Officer. “Can I see her first?” He nods and leads the way. She's in their break room, eating chocolate cake with a social worker. “Yoongi oppa!” She cheers and runs into his arms. Yoongi feels tears fill his eyes as he hugs her tightly and spins her around to hear her giggle.
