You assumed it maybe was your child's moves
But no .. there are no moves, barely detectable.
the pain was unbearable.
" Ahhhhh .. " you screamed in pain.

At the hospital
Without even knowing you were taken to the emergency rooms .. after explaining everything and after the doctor examined you his eyes opened wide
You stopped thinking and talking ..
They lied you on the moving bed and moved you fast really fast to the surgery room
" open the door ! Hurry or the woman will die ! "
18 Hours after .. you wake up
The lights hurt your eyes .. you wait until your eyes adjust to it , you feel pain..
You cannot move
You look around
You can see you were on I.V , In a white room
There's no sound other than the device's beeping above you.
A nurse walks in
You greet her with a confused look but she responded with a smile
" hello miss (Y/N) "  she says.
" h-hi.. sorry but what happened ? I don't remember a thing."
The nurse's smile faded away and she started getting nervous.
" W-Well what happened is .. "

He gets close to you and softly kisses your forehead

And with that .. he leaves the room
You were confused as hell.
Hours later a doctor came in to check on you and to see if everything was alright.
He hums to himself in satisfaction after seeing that everything was stable.
You look at him .. wanting to ask him about probably everything..
" doctor .. what exactly was wrong with my body ? "
He gives you a confused look ..
" no one has told you ? Well .. first i wanna ask you some questions and you'll answer . Okay ? "

" have you bled or saw blood come out of you ? Miss .. "
" yes .. actually "
He frowned . " and when was that ? " he asked
" hmmm approximately 4 days ago " you answered

" and yet .. you haven't come to the hospital early enough .. you came only when it's too late.

All these symptoms are the symptoms of the child's death .. your child has died in your womb and your body was trying to tell you but you were oblivious to it .. we did the best we can to save your life. But the baby.. well you had a miscarriage as you can see.
Your child's body was in your womb for 2 days .. that almost could have costed you your life ! You could've been poisoned if we have not interfered as quickly as possible."
That moment .. all that time he took for explaining and talking you were not even sure if you were still conscious .. these harsh words .. this cruel reality ..
" w-w-why.. ??? Why did the child die .. what caused it !! " you asked .. in tears.
" the causes are .. low blood pressure and malnutrition or being hit forcefully in the abdomen
And drinking alcohol also .. the mother's mental state is important so if you were having depression during the pregnancy stage/period all these things reflect on the baby's health "
You stopped for a minute .. thinking how selfish you were .. how stupid you were .. not even caring about the child in your womb , it was the one who is suffering .. not you .
" the most important thing now is that you're okay .. don't worry you can get pregnant again and give birth without any problems if you take care of yourself , sorry for your loss .. miss. "

Then he leaves you

Blaming yourself hating yourself cursing yourself for being so damn stupid ..

You sobbed and sobbed and sobbed
You were shaking .. god this world is harsh.
Two days after .. finally returning home
Doflamingo took you by the hand to help you walk up the stairs
You are almost paralyzed you do not want to talk to anybody ..

Doflamingo helped you to sit
