[apparently, you're always stuck with Three, Five, and Nine, no matter what you pick. I made up for it with an extra long chapter :) ]

"We'll go with the Emissary unit."
Three absently nodded as he tapped on his tablet to retrieve data.
"How many tablets do you carry on you?" Seven asked. "Is this your power?"
Three bonked her on the head with his fist. "It's a useful power."
They all start to head inside the KAIROS base. The Emissary unit lagged behind, waiting for the Infiltration unit. Three left them a map, but it wasn't entirely complete yet. Seven had the map projected as an overlay in her eyes.
"Based on my data, the leadership seems to be either in the middle or in the basement," Three informed.
"That seems like a wide margin of error, Three," Seven replied.
"You're supposed to be the data analyst, and all you can tell us is that?" Zero retorted.
Three blinked. "It's a 50-50 chance, so don't complain. Just find the elevators."
"We might get it on our first try if we start in the middle," Five suggested.
"Even so. If the leaders are here, there are likely strong fighters left to defend them. We should trust the others to clear the way, but remain vigilant," Nine said.
"Don't worry so much, Nine. Zero and I can provide backup to the Infiltration unit if they need it," Seven said.
There was a lot of waiting around as the Emissary unit waited for the Infiltration unit to clear them. Zero was examining a plant, while Seven stared at him in confusion.
"Why is he looking at a plant?" she whispered to herself.
Zero turned around and they looked at each other, mouths opening to talk.
"All clear. Time to move on, Emissary," Six said through the comm.
"Come on, guys. Let's get going," Nine replied.
Without another word said, they began to move. Three broke the silence shortly after.
"If we find the KAIROS leadership, this could be our chance to take them out."
