You hesitated, but eventually you turned around, slowly. You bowed slightly and extended your arm to shake the strangers hand. He gladly took your hand and shook it firmly.
"You know that I'm not here to hurt you right?" He asked with what sounded like genuine concern in his voice.
You responded, your voice shaky "Y-yeah I know."
You understood his confusion completely. To him you must have looked like a weak little introvert. Which wouldn't be 100% inaccurate.
"Then why won't you look at me?" He asked, as he released your hand and returned his to his jean pocket.
"Oh- sorry." You responded shyly.
You stopped and looked up at his face. His face was so fair, and soft looking. *How could one look so cool and yet so intimidating at the same time?* He stopped your train of thought as he grabbed you by your shoulders and moved you to the other side of the tree. You looked at him confused but just as you go to speak, he covered your mouth with his hand.*What the f*** does he think he's doing? We just met* Just then you understood his actions. As you heard Jinyoung's voice go past. This stranger moved you because he knew that if Jinyoung saw you things wouldn't work out too well.
Once Jinyoung's voice disappeared he removed his hand. He took a step back and rubbed his neck as if to be embarrassed.*Cute.* You cleared your throat and decided to properly introduce yourself. You bowed again before speaking
"Hello, I'm new. My name is Kim Jandi, nice to know you!"
Usually you hated introducing yourself everywhere you went, but this time it felt different. You finished with a cute little hand heart.
"Thank you for hiding me from Jinyoung."
He chuckled slightly at your adorable gesture. He returned the favour. He bowed before responding
"Hello, I'm not new. My name is Im Jaebum, nice to know you too."
