Forgotten

Chapter 6

"Brother?!" She said in a high pitched tone. How is this happening? She had so many questions. What is happening? Who is her brother? Why did this boy-Ali-look so handsome? Wait, what?

"We don't have time right now, the Sepas will come and we will be overwhelmed, come" he said taking her hand and running out of the prison.

As Ali dragged her around the prison hallways she saw a lot of guards who didn't notice them even when they ran past them.

"Why can't they see us?" She asked as they ran to an area which looked more lit up than the other hallways. "Courtesy of your best friend Amara, she has the powers to protect and shield the people she focuses on" he said looking at her and smiling as they approached a door.

Ali closed his eyes and sounded like he was trying to listen. Amara got a better look at him in this time. He was a little taller than her. His face was scarred on the forehead but the scar wasn't very big. His clothes were dusty and dirty, and his hair was a mess. All in all he looked amazing.

Alyssa blinked. Why was she having these thoughts? She closed her eyes and took a deep breath. When she opened her eyes the door was open and Ali was looking at her with brown kind eyes with the same mischief.

Ali's POV

I looked at Alyssa and mentally gasped. Her eyes started to change color again like they did whenever her emotions changed. Right now they were yellow-meaning she was confused- and then a hint of purple flashed in them-meaning she was scared as well- and who wouldn't be?

I grabbed her hand and ran out the door.

Outside Amara had just freshly fallen down. Kiara and Sam helped her up as we ran forward to meet them. "ALYSSA!!" Kiara screamed and ran to Alyssa enveloping her in a big bear hug. Alyssa's eyes turned as yellow as a sunflower-meaning she was very confused-

"Good you're out" Amara said and joined the hug. Sam ran and hugged Alyssa separately when the the two girls were done with her. When Sam hugged Alyssa I felt a twinge I'd jealousy and felt my eyes turn green. I tried my best to hide it but Sam noticed and let go of her.

Now Alyssa looked extremely uncomfortable and confused. Before she could talk I held up a hand and everybody looked at me. I felt my eyes turn orange-meaning I was up to something- and said "Let's get out of here"
