Chapter Eight- The Transfer
I bolted into Hotch's office trying ever so slightly not to slam the door I take a seat and he looks up with worry in his eyes "Is there something I can help you with Samantha?" he asks while looking through filed cases "Yes. I would like to be transferred to a new unit please sir" I say with all the confidence I have left in me Hotch looked up at me "What? Why?" he asked me with sincerity in his voice "I'm just having some difficult time right now and I need to get out of here and be away from someone okay. Please." he gave me a hard sigh and replied with a yes "I'll see what I can do," He says resilient to do what I ask.
*The Next Day*
I was ready to leave all my stuff packed up and ready to go my suitcase was full of all of my things in the apartment and heading out to catch a taxi since I didn't want Spence to worry about me leaving I decided to go to the Unit then get a taxi from work.
Spencers Point Of View
I saw Sam get her suitcase and office stuff I just shook it off because I had thought that it was a trip for a case as I walked in Sam lagged behind Hotch had called for an announcement "One of our best agents has been transferred to a new Unit. This agent doesn't want their new location to be announced and doesn't want any visitors. You may all get back to work" everyone had left it took me a while until I put the puzzle pieces together. Sam is leaving no I hurried my way out the doors I saw Sam placing her stuff in the taxi cabs trunk she was heading for the passenger side as I continued to call her name "SAM" "SAM" I keep running towards her so close but yet so far away "SAAM" she turns and looks at me but with nothing to say I run to her she has loved me and I have loved her I kiss her the one thing she needed and I needed.
