She was 99% sure he might be the writer, but she wasn't so sure just yet. She needed more proof. While she was thinking about this she heard the teacher saying that there is a group project and they can assign themselves. She took this as a sign as she got up and sat next to him, asking to be partners.She saw him nod as he went in her navy blue bag to her materials, her messy, dark hair covering part of her face. Once she grabbed it she looked back at him to see him staring at him. "probably because my hair is messy" she thought wishing she had at least combed it today.
She watched as he grabbed his sky blue backpack and searched it. She noticed his choice of paper. Lightly colored, boarded with strawberries. She smiled her eyes full of amusement. She was sure now he was the mysterious writer.
Once they finished he took it to the teacher. When he came back she could have sworn that the light almost made it look like he had wings. She was also sure he smelled like strawberries.
Although, she thought, I wouldn't mind if he smiled like that forever.
