"Flower Crowns & Being Kidnapped"

-Ross' POV-

After I left Max to continue on his work, I decided to go out into the gardens to pick some flowers, and put in vases around the castle. And thought of maybe I could make a flower crown or two while I was at it.

After I was finished up putting flowers everywhere in and around the castle, I soon made myself a flower crown made out of small pink and white rose buds. After I had finished my own crown, I went onto Max's. Earlier I had picked out some flowers that I thought Max would like. I had daisys, sunflowers, white roses, and a few other small, white flowers to mix in.

When I had finished putting one more sunflower on, I had decided to be done, and wanted to finally give it to Max.

I got off of the bench that was centered in the middle of the forest-like overgrowth of the garden, and smiled at what I thought his reaction would be when I'd be giving him the flower crown. I think he'll love it, but there is always a chance that he'd just yell at me and tell me to 'get out of his study'.

But he has been rather nicer lately... I wonder why.... I thought with a smile spread across my face.

I blinked myself out of my thoughts, adjusted the two crowns that were layin upon my head, and made my way over Max's study.

But before I could take another few steps, I felt something pull aggressively on my tail and hard. Whatever it was, it had caused me to loose my balance, and I was sent crashing down to the stone-hard ground. All I saw was the dirt on the garden floor before I slowly blacked out.

-Max's POV-

"Ugh, finally...." I mumbled through grited teeth, and turned away the last page of reports from, yet, another kingdom.

Apparently there had been sightings of an odd looking dragon destroying field's, buildings, and forests. I, myself, have seen the thing when it had flown over a neighbouring village I was visiting for business reasons a few months ago. And ever since then I've been getting more and more reports of its recklessness destruction.

I pulled myself away from my slowing thoughts, and just as I was standing up and getting up off of my desk chair, a rushed knock was heard from the door to my study.

I cleared my throat.

"Come in," My voice boomed throughout the entire room.

The door was flawlessly pushed open to reveal one of my royal, and my very least untrusted, advisors. And what was his name? Sir... Donie? No, ah, Sir Dooki, right Dooki.

"Ah, Dooki, whatever is it that you need?" I said calmly.

"Your Highness! Servants on the east side of the kingdom have spotted the dragon on the outside of the castle walls, and one person swore they saw Sir Butt Butt unconsciously being carried away by the beast!"

"W-what!?" I said, slightly trembling where I stood. "R-ross!?"

The trembling turned into shaking, and I began to think of all of the terrible things that could be happening to my sweet, sweet Ross. I felt quite dizzy just at the thought of him being hurt.

"Your majesty," I heard Dooki say in a worried tone. "Are you alright!?"

"Y-yes, I'm fine," I took in a deep breath, and must up as much courage I could. "Alright. Dooki!?"

"Yes sier?"

"We must find the beast, and get back Sir Butt Butt! And to be able to find him, we will need the use of the Butt-Hounds!" I declared. "Please fetch the hounds, and tell every knight to search for our missing royal!"

He nodded and left my study.

I let my fierce face expression drop, and began to tear up.

"Oh, Ross... I hope you are okay...."
