A,N: Hello my dear readers. Here my second chapter is up, but before you read it, I think you need to know that I have replaced that coworker of Declan Akaba, named Claude with an Oc, who is named Sorano Corners. He is kinda just making the story interesting, and well here in the start just have all the roles Claude were supposed to have. Although he get a more important role, as the show goes on. Hope that sounds interesting. Thank you for your time.

Gili's p.o.v.

A little bit earlier.

I were looking stunned as the duel progressed. Yuya really were coming from behind and were about to take down Battleguard king. I couldn't be more proud of him. Even if I wanted to. The intensity in the duel, had even made me go out from my hiding space. I was standing beside Gong and the others, and just like them, I really wished Yuya would win. Sadly that had not been the case. The Sledgehammer had a card up his sleeve. Literally speaking. The Miracle spell card saved his hive, and now he could keep dueling. I now looked rather horrified as Yuya were about to get his butt kicked by the Sledgehammer. His odd eyes dragon had now got destroyed and Yuya were down to 400 life points. It really did seem bad. Really bad actually. It was always around these times that Yuya were about to give up. When he was backed into a corner, we both almost always lost the will to fight back. When bullies were picking on us as kids, Yuya were brave in the beginning. That until peoples words were getting to him, and he began to cry. People never wanted to beat us up, it was not like our parents would let them, but in verbal discussions they always won. That and they loved to see us cry for some reason. Then luckily at some point in our lives, Gong showed up, and everything got more bearable. He scared almost every bully away from us. However, right now Yuya it was almost the same as back in the past. People were using our insecurity to make us give up. I bit my lip, and my hand were roaming around my heart shaped necklace, and I ended up holding it in a tight grip. No I.. I just can't take it. Not again! I don't want to live with this fear any longer. I don't want Yuya to give up. I hissed inside and looked down in the ground. That was easier set that done. I wanna help Yuya. I really want to, but what can I do? They are not gonna cancel the duel, because I ask them to. Like they do in You show. But I... Tears were shown in the corner of my eyes. I really wanna help him.

"Then go!" A voice suddenly whispered and I was sure I felt someone push me. "Go on and help him. I know you can do it.. Gill".

I turned around to see who was pushing me, but found no one. However I was still standing in front of my mom and the others. They were looking surprised at me.

"Gili is something wrong?" My mother questioned in a puzzled tone.

"I.. eh.. I.. I need to help Yuya!" I then said and ran as fast as I could towards the edge of the tribune.

I were soon standing as close to the edge as you can get without passing the field spell barrier. I clenched my hands a little. I could see Yuya stand in front of the Sledgehammer, and looked rather discouraged. It was clearly shown that he had given up on the duel, and were about to hightail it out of here.

"Yu-Yuya" I whispered in a low voice "Yuya, don't give up".

Nothing really happened. My voice could not reach him. I could not outshout this overfilled stadium with that low voice of mine. I was actually surprised that I manage to stand here in the front, with all those people sitting or standing behind me. Once again my hand went up to the heart shaped necklace. Touching it made me feel more calm. Please, please, I will do anything, just give me courage. The courage to help him! As it was an answer to my silent prayer, my necklace began glowing in some weird light, and I felt my head become really light. My heart even flustered with this warm feeling. Like when I was home, and nothing, no worries or anything, mattered anymore.
