The Golden Snipers

Chapter 2

Continuing from the events of Chapter 1; Jade is offered a quest to defeat someone known as The Levi.

Leon has told Jade that the Levi lurks in the corrupted region of Swirlpix. In order to get there though, Jade has to cross through the hot blazing desert.

With Nicks amnesia gone, he for some reason decides to team up and go with Jade and Faith.

What will our Hero find? Who is The Levi and.. why does he or she need to be defeated?

Jade, Faith and Nick are in trouble. A group of enemy slimes have blocked their path to the desert, meaning they'll have to defeat them all by one.

Slash! Goes Jades Azeria Blade.

"Derpy Pancakes will never fail me!" Shouts nick as he hits one of the slimes with his pancakes.

They keep killing each one by one, but the horde just gets larger.

Faith is behind Jade and Nick, watching as she is protected. And Leon and been seen behind the horde flying upside down. Admiring the view, he narrated to himself. He then shouts out "Hey guys! The worlds upside down!"

"Ugh, there's got to be a way to defeat them all at once." Jade complains.

"Does someone need help wrecking peeps?"

Jade, Faith and Nick turn to look at a person who was standing right near a chest. The person was near the boundaries of the forest, he had dark greyish blue curly hair and wore a long red robe, similar to Leon's.

Jade runs up to him and begs "Yes please!"

"Okay," the stranger says, "just open up this chest right next to me and it will give you amazing powers!"

Jade is then silent, shocked at how easy it was to gain the strangers trust.

Jade slowly walks up to the thick, wooden chest. He turns back at the stranger who has surprisingly disappeared, nowhere to be found.

Jade is then worried, he turns back to the chest and kneels down.

He slowly opens it. What remains inside is a shaped looking gun. It's covered in white plastic and has a marked title on it that reads "Fish Cannon."

Jade is then surprised and did not expect to see this. He picks the Fish Cannon up and points it at the nearest Slime and pulls the trigger.

BANG!

A fish shoots out from the Cannon and smashes the Slime to bits!

Jade then grins. "This is gonna be fun."

After 10 Minutes, all the slimes were defeated. Nick and Faith didn't even do anything, they just watched in disbelief as to what just happened.

"What did I just witnessed?" Nick asks.

"I don't wanna know." Faith says with a puzzled look.

"Huff, puff" Jade is worn out, but feels like he actually achieved something for once by defeating a whole horde.

He then jumps with joy and shouts "That felt good! Now we should be able to get to the desert!"

A FEW MOMENTS LATER

The three are walking slowly in the bright yellow sand as the punishing sun soars through them. Nick in the behind row, Faith in the middle and Jade at the front leading the way.

"Ugh.." Nick complains, "How much longer?"

"Yeah," Faith agrees with Nick, "it's so dang hot."

Jade then turns around walking backwards, "Oh c'mon guys, it ain't that bad." He then turns back the other way. "Besides, we are almost there."

"I'm almost ready to hitting myself with my own weapon." Nick grunts.

The desert was... obviously deserted. Only a short amount of palm trees could be found. And the rocks and pebbles were scattered with the warm sand. No clouds, just a blue sky with the sun. Only a small breeze was enough to help them survive.

Jade suddenly notices a figure in the distance. It shapes a human. As it got closer Jade could describe it, it was a Swordsman. The Swordsman was wearing armour of ruby and had a white headband that flowed with the wind.

Nick the notices him too and asks Jade, "Who is that?"

"I don't know." Jade answers, "Perhaps a... Swordsman?"

"Seems like it." Faith agrees.

The more closer the Swordsman came, the more worried he look. No, he was worried, in fact he was panicking over something. He ran to jade.

"Hi." Jade greeted emotionlessly.

"Hi?" The Swordsman quotes, "On a day like this!?"

Jade is then confused. "Huh? What happened?"

"The Levi is what!" The Swordsman grunts at Jade. "He has destroyed my homeland with memes!"

The Swordsman is than furious. "Its not fair! Only I should be allowed to do that not him!"

"Why don't you just kill him then?" Jade questions.

"Kill him?" The Swordsman refers.

"What's your name?" Faith asks.

"Sal, it's Sal." He replies back.

"Well Sal. Your a Swordsman aren't you? You can just swing a sword at him right?" Jade says to him.

Sal is then silent for awhile. "Yeah, I guess so." He mumbles feeling stupid.

"Haha, sweet!" Jade thinks to himself knowing that his work is done.

"AHEM!" But Leon doesn't approve of Jades Plan.

"Never mind, I'm being stalked by a Netflix Wizard." Jade grunts in his head.

"Uh, actually..." Jade interrupts, "We were going off to kill this Levi as well."

"W-What?" Sal pops, "Then what am I going to do?"

"Well. You can..." Jade tries to think of something.

"Can..?"

"Can help us!"

"Help you?" Sal questions.

"I swear if you help us out, I'll let you get the final blow on the Levi!" Jade explains.

Sal is then exited, "Oh! Thank you so much!"

"No problem!" Jade positively grins.

With Sal joining Jades group, they continue to travel through the desert. And before they knew it, they were already touching the fresh green grass with their feet.

They were in another forest, smoke could be seen in the sky by Sal as he lets the gang know.

"There are people living there, perhaps they can help us." Jade says to himself as they continue their journey to stop the Levi's evil plan on ruining villages with memes!
