Loki walks back and forth inside his glass cell. Suddenly, he stops. "There's not many people that can sneak up on me." Loki says and turns to see Green Arrow standing there, "But you figured I'd come." she said back, "After. After whatever tortures Fury can concoct, you would appear as a friend, as a balm. And I would cooperate." Loki said moving slowly to her,

"I wanna know what you've done to Agent Barton." Green Arrow snapped lowly, "I'd say I've expanded his mind." Loki taunted, and Green Arrow schooled her features into blankness, "And once you've won. Once you're king of the mountain. What happens to his mind?" Green Arrow asked, "Is this love, Green Arrow?" Loki taunted again,

"You can call it what you want, I won't stop you." she said as he sat down, "Tell me." Loki said and Green Arrow sat down, "I grew up with him we share a bond only certain people can have, we protect each other," she said leaning on her knees, "And what will you do if I vow to spare him?" Loki asked,

"I could do a lot, I'm not chained to Shield the way the others are, but there is one thing I wouldn't do, and that's let you out." Loki laughed, "Ah, no. But I like this. Your world in the balance, and you bargain for one man?" Green Arrow shifted in her seat so she was laid back, "Regimes fall every day. I tend not to weep over that." she said shrugging,

"What is it you want?" Loki asked, "It's really not that complicated. I want him back, and I'd do almost anything to get him back. I highly doubt you'd understand that feeling." she said with a blasé attitude, "Would you? Would you really do anything? I know exactly who you are, Lorcan Barton, I know you'd betray even these people for him, someone you think is more virtuous than yourself." Loki says while standing angrily,

"This is the basest sentimentality. This is a child at prayer... PATHETIC!"

Tony and Banner continuously work at their monitors.

Agent Hill checks every view screen in the bridge. Fury oversees.

Steve opens a steel crate. Angry, he looks behind him and looks back into the crate. The crate is filled with an array of HYDRA weapons.

Loki slams his cell, making Green Arrow flinch. "I won't touch Barton. Not until I make him kill you! Slowly. Intimately. In every way he knows you fear! And when he'll wake just long enough to see his good work, and when he screams, I'll split his skull! This is my bargain, you mewling quim!" Green Arrow turns around, walks away from Loki, disgusted.

"You're a monster." she whispers quietly her voice filling with distraught. Loki laughs, "No, you brought the monster." Green Arrow turns back around; poised. "So, Banner... that's your play." Loki staggers, "What?" moving towards the exit Green Arrow presses her earpiece, "Loki means to unleash the Hulk. Keep Banner in the lab, I'm on my way. Send Thor as well."

Turning back to Loki she smiles, "Thank god, you're pretty, otherwise I don't know how you would have survived." she says then walks out, leaving Loki frozen.

Fury walks in surprised to see Tony and Banner stop working on the scepter. "What are you doing, Mr. Stark?" Fury snaps angrily, "Uh...kind of been wondering the same thing about you." Tony counters, "You're supposed to be locating the Tesseract." Bruce nodded, "We are. The model's locked and we're sweeping for the signature now. When we get a hit, we'll have the location within half a mile." he explained,
