Chapter 11.
*Ethan's P.O.V*
Was this suppose to be a joke? But the thing was she wasn't laughing. I already fell in love with her... so how was I suppose to lie and say I wasn't? Would she run away if I told her I was in love with her? My head was spinning in circles. So when could I ever let her know my true feelings if I couldn't tell her I was in love with her?
"I can't promise you that...not now or ever." I said looking into her eyes.
Her face kind of tightened, I guess that's not what she was expecting. I didn't mean to say it either is just came out.
*Serenity's P.O.V*
Did he just say that? Am I hearing things? What was I supposed to say to that? I refuse for a guy to fall in love with me! Even if I'm falling for them, they can't fall for me.
"What are you saying"? I said looking up at him.
"I'm saying serenity...I can't just sit there in a relationship and not fall in love, its not point to make this work if I can't fall in love". He said.
He made a good point. But I did not want a guy wondering were I am 24 hours of the day... and I think ashton should have did what ethan just did. Because now ashton is turning into one of those 'were am I' freaks because he never got a chance to say 'I love you'. I think that's what's killing him inside the most.
"And especially if I HAVE to share you with another man and be secretive, its not worth staying in this relationship if I can't say I love you serenity. Its just not the way I was raised. Maybe ashton but not me."
That's how I knew I found the right person. I was waiting for all my life. Ethan Patrick Cruise was *my* love, I've been waiting for. I could tell he loved me for me. He didn't want this to be a sex relationship, he wanted us to be so special, he was the first one who stood up to me on one of my request. It all made sense. I...love...ethan.
I reached on my tipy toes to kiss him longer. He held me, are bodies touched, so close, so tight. He was all I wanted all along. I broke the kiss and smiled.
"I love you Ethan Patrick Cruise". I said. He took my hand and kissed it.
"I love you Serenity Erin Tailor" He said holding my hand. I released it.
"I'll talk to you later" I said biting my finger. I walked inside and slid down to the ground against the door.
"What happened to logan"? My mother said looking down at me. Serenity think of a lie quick!
"Uh oh him, he broke up with me like 2 days ago" I said.
"Awwww, honey I'm so sorry" She said coming to sit next to me. I was still smiling. I felt like the happiest person of earth to finally find my love. I heard the doorbell ring. My mother got up.
"Its ashton" she said walking up stairs.
I got up quickly and fixed my hair. I felt the scar he left on me last night. This had to end once and for all.
I opened the door.
He looked me up and down. It was a long silence.
" I have to tell you something, can I come in?" He said in a low voice. He looked serious.
"Sure'. I opened the door wider, he walked in and sat on one of the couches.
"Please don't be mad at me, I'm sorry, but we are going to get through it an-"
"Just spit it out"! I screamed interrupting him.
"Porcha's pregnant, and it's mine" He said quickly.
