Srry ihts not very long; very busy
I woke up the next morning. I can't believe I was meeting Ethan's parents. I got up immediately and took a shower. I put on make-up not to dark, so I wouldn't scare his parents. Ethan seemed modest a little so I guessing his parents would be also? I didn't want to freak them out. I took out some Leggings and a h&m blouse that went into a v. ,and straightened my hair. And some high black pumps.I don't know what it is about parent s but they love hair straightened when that's with all my other boyfriends parents.
I put on just enough perfume for it to follow me everywhere. I went in the kitchen and saw a erin without a shirt on and SpongeBob boxers. I chuckled.
"SpongeBob really "? I said looking at him. He turned around and gasped.
"Uhm Serenity I thought you were out...I mean not here" He hesitated.
"Last time I checked I don't have to let people know I'm in my own house, I thought you guys were out last night"? I said with an attitude. Who did he think he was? My father?
"We were, but we crashed here...and I guessed I stayed the night" He said smiling disgustingly.
I gave him a dirty look.
"Don't get use to it". I hissed. I liked Erin, but I always gave my mother's boyfriends a hard time, it was to show they were man enough unlike my father. Who left her a note on the kitchen table.
I walked out the kitchen when I heard a honk.
"Sure thing serenity". He yelled.
"Tell my mother I'm leaving" I said shutting the door behind me. Well Ethan's trunk wasn't as nice as ashton's car but we can't have everything can we?
I hopped in{literally] it was that huge of a truck.
"Hey" He said giving me a kiss on the cheek.
"Your so simple" I mumbled. I grabbed him by his hair and started kissing him roughly. He liked it because he was actually keeping up.
He backed away.
"Serenity we are going to see my parents, act more responsible" He said laughing. So he wasn't actually upset with me.
"Most people just say be yourself" I teased.
"Be yourself serenity" He said laughing.
"Too late" I said.
We pulled up to this huge house. I mean really huge. You could but 4 of my houses in this house.
"You live here"? I stumbled.
"Come' on, there waiting" He said getting out of the truck. He helped me out. All I could do was stare.
This was the kind of house my mother said of living in Milan, but of course she was dreaming, but...I wasn't dreaming this one right in front of me. Red bricked beautiful house. I really didn't no anything about is financing but I guess it was pretty well. He opened the door slightly and peeked inside. He held my hand to guide me threw the house.
It was the most gorgeous house then I ever seen in my whole entire life. Nothing could match this, not even my aunt's house.
"You can take a seat right here, I gotta go tell my parents you're here okay"? Ethan said .
"Uhmm yea of course" I said still looking around. He ran up the long case of nicely white carpet stairs.
"So you're the girl Ethan has been non -stop talking about ? Said a women with blonde hair , she looked around her young twenties. I didn't no how to respond to this?
Did Ethan talk about me? I felt special, I smiled at the thought.
"I guess you can say that" I said, I put on a fake smile.
"You seem nice enough, Ethan doesn't usually bring women home, but of course I don't live here anymore. He usually use to keep his dating...I don't know secretly". She said. She lit a cigarette.
"We are in love" I smiled.
Her head kind of twitched, she let out a long smoke that was shaped a ring and kind of snorted.
"Love? Do you kids know what love is these days"?
She gave me a pathetic look. Or at least I felt pathetic. I tried to cover my hurt. I crossed my legs and flipped my hair. I didn't exactly know how to answer, I didn't want to respond and make her angry. She was obviously someone important in Ethan's life.
"Ericka put that cigarette out NOW !" Said a middle aged woman walking down the long stairs.
"Chill mom, you'll wake Ashley" Said Ericka walking to the kitchen.
"I'm sorry I didn't introduce myself, I'm Ann Cruise " Said Mrs. Cruise. I shook her hand and sat back down.
"I'm so sorry, this is Ethan's older sister Ericka, ethan will be down in a minute. Mr. Cruise will be joining us later tonight, around dinner time" Mrs. Cruise continued.
"Okay, thank you Mrs. Cruise, your house is...amazing" I said taking a glance around.
"Thankyou Dear, I've heard so much about you serenity. I feel like I already know you" Said Mrs. Cruise with a nervous laugh.
I faked laugh and saw Ethan coming down stairs. I suddenly heard a baby crying.
"Ashley's awake" Said ethan.
"Thanks a lot" Said Ericka with sarcasm.
The time past while Me, Ethan and Mrs. Cruise talked. I saw Ethan glance at me every now and then. Like he was surprised with what I was telling his mother. I was truthful with parents especially his. I really wanted her to like me.
Dinner was ready when Mr. Cruise arrived, he wasn't the most cheerful person like Mrs. Cruise.
Ericka left right after dinner with Ashley.
We were still sitting at the table talking and laughing at Ethan's baby pictures.
"Its getting late, I should take serenity home" Said Ethan.
" Why? The nights still young" Said Mr. Cruise. He did have 5 wine glasses by now.
"No disrespect sir, but I have school tomorrow". I said getting up.
"I understand Ms. Tailor. But one question, Are you two having sex"? My mouth literally dropped. What kind of parent asks that?
"Dad, you've had a little too much to drink, you should probably go lie down." Mrs. Cruise looked down.
I tried to stay calm with my answer and not blow up in his face like I would do to my mom.
"No" I said.
"Are you planning on it" He said bubbly.
I felt so embarrassed even if we haven't, I was planning on it. It will never be the same.Ever.
