chapter 34

ETHAN POV

I do not know what I am getting into so I replied back to Paige 

"Got it Baby girl"

Sarah came out and we left the mall.

GRAYSON POV

Paige came home around 10 at night and I was in bed  when she came home I heard her come through the door and drop her bag. the bedroom door creaked open and Paige was standing in the door way

"Hey babe" I said sitting up Paige walked over and climbed in bed with me 

"Hey babe" she smiled and connected our lips and made out with me I pulled away real quick

"whats this for?" I said wrapping my arm around her waist 

"do you not remeber babe?" Paige said smiling 

"I am sorry but I dont" I said and her face dropped to a concerned look

"I texted you at my lunch..." Paige sat up strighter

"you did not text me baby" I was being honest I never recived a text from Paige I thought she was just the busy at work. Paige grabbed her phone and scrolled through her phone then handed it to me. I read all the texts between her and "me" I glanced at the top amnd the name tag read "Grayson's bro" I handed Paige her phone back and stood up I stormed out of the bedroom and Paige ran after shouting

"Oh my fucking god Grayson I am soooooo sorry I had no clue I should have looked at the name I saw your name first and sent the text I have no clue why he went with it!!" Paige put her hands on my chest to hold me back I took her hands in miune 

"Princess I know you did not know I am upset for the fact my brother went along with it" She lowered her hands and tears streamed down her face

"I feel guilty" She said falling into my arms I wrapped my arms around her tight and kissed her head.

"listen Paige I am not upset at you because you did not know what you did but Ethan shpould not have went on with it." I said not letting her go

"dont kill your brother" She pulled away and I smiled while wiping her tears away.

" i wont princess" I walked out the door I was not gonna hurt my brother maybe yell at him but never hurt him. 

ETHAN POV

I did not tell Sarah about the texts from Paige because I did not know how I was gonna just delete them but what if Paige relized who she was texting and told Sarah then it would become complete hell. I was doing dishes with Sarah when Grayson stormmed through the front door 

"Hello?" Sarah said drying her hands off on the dish towel and peking her head toward the front door.

"Where is Ethan!" Grayson seemed pissed and i knew why. I had no choice but to be honest with him and stay clam.

"In the kitchen why whats wrong Grayson?!" Sarah walked up to Grayson and was concerned 

"OH so Ethan did not tell you that he was texting paige as if he was dating her?!" Grayson folded his arms across his bare chest as I came into the living room.

"What the fuck are you talking about GRayson Ethan would never do that we are married!!!" Sarah turned to face me 

"check his phone if you dont believe me!" Grayson pointed at Ethan's phone on the coffee tabel.

"Ethan do I have to belive Grayson and check your phone?" Sarah walked toward my phone and I felt my heart sink into my stomach.

"Yes...But before you do I want to explain myself......Paige texted me and I was confused my mind raced but it completely skipped the part where she could have texted it to the wrong person....I then decided to reply to maybe have grayson have some time with Paige because she has been working so much....but when i replied it kept on coming I know I should have told her it was me..." I allowed Sarah to look at my phone because I never hide anything from her she scrolled through the texts each one with a more horrified look.

Sarah set my phone down 

"why did you just tell her it was you" Sarah was pissed at me she had all rights to be

"I wanted to do something nice for both of them but I was being stupid in the process of this." I said walking to Sarah and grabbing her hands she pulled away

"I need to calm down I am not mad I am disappointed give me a few okay" Sarah turned to walk away as soon as Paige came running in 

"SaRaH DoNt KiLl EtHaN!" Paige was in her green scrubs and had tear stained cheeks 

"PAIGE ITS FINE I AM FINE I NEED TO COOL DOWN AND SO DO YOU!!!!" Sarah shouted I never really seen Sarah shout at Paige like that but Sarah's mind right now was most likely racing 

Paige said nothing and turned  shut the front door and left I could tell she was on verge of tears.

"Listen Ethan I have to deal with this later but Sarah the situation has been explained you never had to scream at Paige she is basically your sister she would do anything for you." Grayson walked to the door

"Wait.....I am sorry I feel bad for yelling at her but I know she may not want to ever speak to me again but please let her know when she is ready I will be she IS my sister I have to have her back like she has mine" Sarah was crying I walked over and pulled her in close I did not care if she was upset with me I loved her and what I did was wrong and I could have just ened the worlds best friend ship because of my stupid actions.

PAIGE POV

I ran home I had no shoes on I pulled my hair tie out of by hair and threw it on the table ran into the bathroom and got in the shower as fast as possible I did not want Grayson to know I was crying I needed him to think I was brave. I faced the shower head and allowed the water to soak my face I was stupid and idiotic to not look at the name tags of the person I was texting I heard Grayson walking upstairs and knocking on the bathroom door I inhaled and got myself together 

"YEAH?" I shouted over the shower 

"are you okay....can we talk baby?" Grayson was worried I could here it in his voice 

"Yeah one second" I turned the shower off and wrapped myself in a towel and opened the door and Grayson collided with my wrapping himself around me 

"Grayson...." I said shivering from being wet

"Yeah princess..." Grayson was holding me tight

"Your gonna get wet....." I said as he pulled away his sweat pants were soaked and his chest was wet

"Its okay I was gonna take them off tonight anyway...." He smiled and winked at me....
