PAIGE POV

"My......my water just broke....." Sarah whimpered into the phone she sounded helpless and weak. At the same time I nearly dropped my phone to the had wood floor 

"Paige whats wrong?!" Grayson darted over to me and placed his hand on my shoulder.

"Sarah's in labor we need to go NOW!" I said throwing open the door with Grayson at my heels I burst through Sarah's back door and ran upstairs to find Sarah in the bathroom.

"Sarah lets go we have go" I grabbed Sarah's wrist leading her down stairs with Ethan and Grayson shortly behind Sarah got situated in the back of my truck with Ethan and Grayson in the passenger seat I speed off towards the hospital.

                                                                                     12:00 AM

ETHAN POV

We arrive at the hospital Paige was at least doing 75 on the back roads to avoid traffic. Paige and I helped Sarah out of the truck while Grayson ran in to look for a nurse.

"remember your breathing okay" I said holding Sarah up with my arm 

"yes" Sarah was panting out of breath and drenched in sweat. Grayson was running out behind two female nurses pushing a wheelchair the nurses helped Sarah into the chair and wheeled her into the hospital and into the emergency room. Doctors quickly swarmed Sarah prepping her for delivery. 

"sir who is the husband here?" A nurse with brown hair tucked into a bun approached me

"I am" I said looking past her to check on Sarah who was now in a gown and had her hair pulled back 

"Okay we need you next to your wife" the nurse pulled me to Sarah's side where the other nurses quickly whisked Paige and Grayson out of the room. the doctor then entered and explained everything that was going to happen.

"she is now fully dilated Mrs. Rose" The doctor nodded 

"alright Sarah you can hold your husbands hand if you would like the nurses with provide you with water and cool cloths when I say push I need you to push as hard as you can ok then you can have a few seconds to breathe but then we have to get back to it" Sarah nods and continues to breath 

1:00 Am

"ONE more push Sarah!" Sarah has been in labor for and hour Sarah braced herself and then squeezed my hand tight and the room then  filled with cries. 

"It's a girl!" the doctor announced  the gender and Sarah slopped down into the bed and we were all astounded. the nurses washed the baby girl off and handed Sarah the baby in the little stocking cap and pink blanket. Sarah held the baby and just was amazed

SARAH POV

holding the baby girl it finally hit me I am the mother to this amazing baby girl and this baby girl had me as a mother I handed the baby to Ethan and he teard up which made all my tears quickly stream down my face and cheeks. 

"she is perfect" Ethan utters out and I smile. The nurses came over

"what is your baby girl's name?" the nurse asked holding papers 

"November Marie Dolan" Ethan and I said at the same time. The lady nodded and wrote the name down she then took ink prints of November's hands and feet. The doctor then walked in again and the nurses placed November in a crib on wheels and pushed her out the door to a nursery. 

"Okay you ready?" The doctor sat down again and pulled on a clean pair of gloves.

"wait what are you talking about?" I sat up more and Ethan readjusted in his chair.

"well you do know you are having twins right?" The doctor looked at both of us.

"yes you are having two baby girls...twins" The doctor looked confused on why we did not know about this

"we...we had no clue" Ethan said 

"well that is common because you guys did not know the genders so the parents would not know if it was twins or not but in this case it is twins" The doctor explained

"but enough talking we need to birth this  baby." The doctor waited for me to situate and then we started all over again.
