"yes you are having two baby girls...twins" The doctor looked confused on why we did not know about this

"we...we had no clue" Ethan said 

"well that is common because you guys did not know the genders so the parents would not know if it was twins or not but in this case it is twins" The doctor explained

"but enough talking we need to birth this  baby." The doctor waited for me to situate and then we started all over again.

ETHAN POV
the last thing that happened was Sarah giving one big push and the room filled with cries from another little girl. She was identical to November we named her May. The nurses took May back to the nursery with November. Sarah was out cold and I was making my way down to the waiting room to announce the news to Paige and Grayson.

Standing on the elevator another couple with a baby boy got on they were so happy even though deep down they were both exhausted. When they got off at the 2nd floor I started to realize that I am the father to, two wonderful baby girls.

I got off the elevator at the first floor and approached the waiting room where Paige and Grayson were sitting in the waiting room. Paige was messing with her bracelet frantically when they both caught glance of me they rushed over to here the news.

"What happened?" they both asked l
Fast I explained to them the birth of November and left out the part of May .
"Oh my gosh I am an Aunt.....I am not prepared I thought I was but now I think I am not" Paige was freaking out but in her eyes she had excitement fill them.

"But we are going to need to get a bigger house and one more crib and WAAAAAAY Moe diapers." I said histariclly bit they both looked at me confused
"What?" Grayson said with a confused look flushed over his face.
"Turns out Sarah was having twins and well that's just what happened Sarah gave birth to ANOTHER baby girl and her name is may sooooo......we need to move and need to go major shopping."I explained as I went on paige was ear to ear smile and Grayson was filled with happiness.

"Sarah had twins that's amazing when can we go see her?" Grayson asked linking hands with paige.
"When she wakes up" I said yawning which made Paige yawn
"Gray I think we should let them get some rest here lets go get a hotel room." Paige said patting Grayson's chest. Paige and Grayson both hugged me and said they would call in the morning see how the night went then they left and I heads shack upstairs.

Grayson POV
I drove Paige to the hotel in her truck and rented a room for us.
"Paige..." I shook paige's arm gently Paige tiled over and met my eyes and grinned and got up I could tell she was half awake so I helped her to the elevator and went to our room 147. Paige went to bed  as soon as we walked in I turned the TV on low and jumped in bed with Paige after watching one show on TV I switched it off and wrapped an arm around Paige I felt her tense up from goose bumps so I gave her more blanket and kissed her head and  went  asleep.

PAIGE POV
I woke up to Grayson wrapped around my body and me half of the bed I glanced at the clock and figured it would be time to get up.
"Gray" I whispered while shaking his arm.
"Yeah babe?" Grayson rolled over and I sat up.
"I am going to get ready and get breakfast downstairs you want anything?" I said cloning my legs over the bed and started to brush my hair and tie it up in a bun.
"Bagels" Grayson said rolling over again to watch me wrap a hair tie around the messy bun and throwing a hoodie on over my clothes.
"Alright" I said and pecked his lips and grabbed the room key and shut the door behind me.
I looked at my phone and saw like 6 texts from Ethan.
