Chapter 9

eans p.o.v 

"cas, cas look at me" I chanted walking him out of the house rubbing his back 

"cas please" i whispered stopped turning him so he was facing me "It's going to be ok" i ensured him placing a kiss on his cheek pulling him into a hug. Cas buried his head into my neck crying into it wrapping his arms around me "let's get in the car and were going to leave this place ok? i know a place out in Missouri"  I told cas, he nodded. 

"ok" he struggled to say putting his hand in mine walking beside me to the car, i opened the passenger side of the impala letting castiel get in 

"I'll be right back ok" i kissed his cheek shutting the door and walking back inside to get sam

"please come back micheal" i heard sam whimper holding micheals hand so tight his knuckles were going white 

"Im sorry sammy" I frowned mumbling hugging sam "Let's get away from here" I cheerlessly spoke 

"Im sorry micheal" sam wheezed leaning down and kissing micheals lips one last time. I frowned helping sam to his feet walking him out of the house and to the impala opening the door for him

"wait i need to get something" Sam panted getting out of the car and running inside the house again walking out a few moments later with things clenched in hand and a sweater wrapped around him. He reluctantly got back into the car shutting his door joylessly staring at his clenched fist

"What did you get?" i asked shutting my door 

"Micheals necklace and sweater" Sam said in bearly a whisper, i nodded starting the vehicle and backing out of the driveway. Castiel started struggling to breath again after the house moved out of our sight 

"It's ok" I grabbed castiels hand tangling our fingers together rubbing his hand with my thumb calming him down a little 

"how far is Missouri from here" Sam dismally spoke 

"about a day" i sighed "we'll stop at a hotel a few towns over" i yawned, sam nodded laying his head on the window. 

"Take a nap cas, you need it" i murmered, cas shook his head

"I wanna stay awake" he gloomily moved closer to me and layed his head on my shoulder

"alright" i quickly kissed his head. 

"Thing's got so bad so quickly" i sighed 

"I know" castiel breathed. a couple hours pasted and we finally got to the hotel pulling into the parking lot, Sam crashed in the back seat and castiel was latched onto my arm sleeping.

"Cas" i whispered shaking my arm lightly waking him up 

"what?" he murmered keeping his eyes closed 

"were here" i said kissing his head getting out of the car and opening sams door shaking him 

"Sam were here" I said undoing his seat belt and helping him out of the car. I walked over to cas tangling my hand in his as we walked towards check in getting our room number 

"205" the man at the check in said passing us a room key

"thank you" i said and we walked down the hall finding our room and unlocking the door 

"Ok get to bed guys" i yawned taking off my shoes and jacket 

"Night dean" sam crawled into his bed playing with micheals necklace in his hands 

"Night sammy" i yawned 

"Ill be right back" Castiel said walking into the bathroom, i nodded sliding into our bed and under the covers hearing sam quietly weeping from across the room. I sighed it's sad to think that just a few hours ago micheal and sam were happy and now micheals dead. I yawned as cas came out of the bathroom looking like he was just hit by a car

"come here" i looked at castiel, he took off his coat tossing it on the ground next to the bed crawling in and under the covers moving up to me 

"are you ok?" i whispered inches away from cas' face, he shook his head with one tear sliding down his cheek 

"dont cry" i wipped his cheek and pecked his lips pulling him closer to me "It'll be ok soon" i mumbled with castiel laying his head on my chest closing his eyes.

A few hours past and we all started to wake up slowly. I yawned looking down at castiel who was pratically ontop of me still sleeping 

"cas wake up" I rolled over so i was sitting on cas

"dean get off" Castiel whined still half asleep 

"did you sleep ok" I asked kissing his cheek

"yes now get off you ass butt" Castiel whined, 

"good" i kissed his lips rolling off of him and walking over to sam waking him up

"sam--"

"im already awake dean" sam said dolefully looking at me 

"Oh." i said slumping my shoulders. Sam still looked like a train wreck because of last night "did you sleep at all?" i asked him, he shook his head getting up 

"are we leaving?" He asked walking to the bathroom

"Uh, yeah" i said walking back to cas who fell back asleep

"Cas cmon get up" i sighed giving him a light shake 

"I dont wanna get up" he groaned pulling me down beside him and cuddling up to me burring his head in my neck breathing on it

"C'mon cas we have to leave" i whined sitting up and pulling him towards me and sitting him up and helping him put on his coat. 

"alright lets go" sam said walking out of the bathroom droopy, i nodded standing cas up and slidding my hand in his walking out of the hotel room to the check out, signing us out. We all walked out to the impala getting in and shutting our doors 

"Missouri is only an hour or so away now." i said backing out of the parking lot, cas and sam nodded. Castiel leaned over again grabbing my arm laying on it, i put my hand on his knee driving 

"this will get better soon guy's." i whispered driving down the road towards missouri.
