"What do you want gabriel" I said walking out of the house shutting the door behind me
"You have to come back" Gabriel said with a staright face
"what? come back? to heaven?" I questioned with my eyes widening
"Yes heaven, After Micheal died all the angels are being brought back to heaven for safety reasons" Gabriel spoke softly, i shook my head
"Im not going back, im actually happy here" I said motioning to the house
"Castiel, i know you're happy, we all were. But heaven needs us" Gabriel sighed
''i can't just leave" I gritted my teeth, Gabriel shrugged his shoulders
"You have too" he breathed
"Can i atleast say goodbye?" i spat, gabriel shook his head.
"No" he said under his breath, I blinked back a tears threatening to spill running my fingers through my hair
"Castiel i know this is hard, but if you want to protect Him and his brother then you need to be trained" Gabriel looked at me, i looked behind me seeing dean through the window getting stuff out of the fridge
"When can i return?" i faced gabriel again
"10 days" Gabriel breathed "But 10 days in heaven is 10 years in earth time"
"Ill go" i wiped a tear quickly sniffing in
"Im sorry brother" Gabriel patted my back leading us away from the house and into the drive way
"shut your eyes" he said, i sniffled taking one last look at the house squeezing my eyes shut hearing gabriel snap his fingers
"You can open them now" gabriel urged, i fluttered my eyes open seeing the white rooms around me once again
"Welcome back castiel" Hannah our secretary smiled widely at me, i half smiled back at her.
"Thank you"
"You're training starts now, Gabriel is your teacher" hannah smiled
"Lets go champ, the faster we get this done the faster you see your boyfriend." Gabriel said walking dragging me behind him into the training room
"Now first thing we do is healing." gabriel said pulling out his angel blade "Im going to cut my arm with this and youre going to heal it"
"Wait i dont know how"
"Learn" Gabriel said dragging the blade across his skin wincing "now heal it" he held his arm out to me
"I dont know how" i paniced
"Jsut try, focus on it healing" Gabriel said putting my hand on his arm "now focus" he said, I sighed picturing his arm healing in my mind hoping it would work
"Good job" Gabriel said pulling his arm away
"That was kinda easy" i muttered
"Good now, we do transpotation"
"I cant do that"
"i know." Gabriel rolled his eyes "now picture that corner in your mind" gabriel said pointing to the corner of the room, i nodded "now picture yourself moving there" Gabriel said, i breathed in picturing myself moving to that side of the room without moving a muscle
"I did it" i said in shock as i looked around seeing gabriel half smile
"Good, now we get you tuned into angel radio" Gabriel said scratching his head "it's the painful part of the process" Gabriel looked horrified, my eyes widened
"How is it painful?" i ask
"Oh they just cut your head open and put something in it, no big deal" Gabriel said, a petrified look came across my face as he called in hannah in the room
"Moving quickly arent you castiel" Hannah laughed walking in with a tiny knife "sit down in this chair" she said making a white chair appear in the middle of the room
"how bad will this hurt"
"Not alot"
"alot." hannah and gabriel said at the same time. I gulped laying my head back
"Just do it quickly" i groaned, hannah nodded turning my head so i was turned away from her putting the tiny to the side of my head cutting into it. I groaned in pain as i could feel the knife ripping through my skin
"were just putting the chip in now" hannah said sliding something under my skin. I winced as she put her hand on my head healing the wound she created "all done" she said "how bad was it?"
"uh OW?" i yelled holding my head
"Told you" gabriel raised his eyebrow, i shot him a glare rolling my eyes
"whatever, whats next" i sighed
"Thats all for today." Gabriel said "Thats one year down" He gave a thumbs up, a frown crept on my face. I had been away from dean for one year in his time, i didnt even say goodbye to him, i just left.
"Follow me castiel and ill show you you're room" Hannah grinned, i nodded following her out of the room to the tiny room on the corner
"See you tomorrow" Gabriel yelled walking past me and hannah
"yeah" i said under my breath walking in the room and shutting the door laying down on my bed closing my eyes drifting off hoping to go to sleep quickly so i tomorrow would come faster.
"Wake up!" Gabriel yelled in my ear
"Is it tomorrow?" i asked rubbing my eyes
"yes sir." Gabriel nodded "were working on communication today" Gabriel said grabbing my arm and pulling me out of the room and into the training room again
"Now think of something you want to say and who you want to send it too, in this case you have to send it to me" Gabriel said standing infront of me, i nodded
"I am not a peasant" gabriel rolled his eyes "You got communication down." he sighed
"now we work on making people see what you want them to see" i nodded thinking of deans face looking at gabriel
"Is that all you think about?" he whined, i shrugged my shoulders
"whatever, now we work on upgrades the rest of the time. You'll need alot more practice." gabriel said "now the upgrading is personal so you work on it yourself but on the last day you have to show how much you have upgraded" gabriel said, i nodded
"Thank you gabriel" I said, he nodded with a half smiled.
"Get to work" he said walking out of the room and out the door shutting it.
"Just a few more days" i chanted to myself quietly practicing my teleportation again and again until the 10 days was up.
