Chapter 12

HAYLIE POV

I was reading my twitter notifications when i got a text...

"Hey babe 😘 meet me at the park. Maybe we could hook up." It was my ex Tyler.

Tyler used to date me, when he was dating me... He abused me. How did he find my new number?!

I was about to reply until i heard Hayes.

"She said its okay if its fine with your mom." I hear.

I tried to respond but everything went black.

*NEXT DAY*

I woke up in the hospital. I look around. I see Hayes and Taylor sleeping on the couch.

"Guys." I whisper.

"Haylie your awake!" Taylor jumped up.

We hugged. He kissed my cheek.

"What happened?" I asked.

"The doctor said you passed out because of some scared thing." He said.

"Oh." I reply.

"Why were you scared? Was it because the whole moving in with Hayes?" He asked.

"No. Uh- it was uh- my ex boyfriend." I said.

"What did he do? Im going to beat the living shit out of this guy." Taylor said.

"He told me he wanted to get back together and uh- hook up." I said.

I trusted Taylor. I told him all me problems and secrets.

"Why did that make you scared?" He sat on the edge of the bed.

"He abused me." I said.

I was already in tears. Why am i such an emotional person?!

HAYES POV

I heard Haylie.

"Haylie!" I yelled.

I ran to her and hugged her. I just looked at her. Im so happy nothing huge happened. The doctor said it was because she was scared, she fainted.

We all sat there in silence until the doctor came in.

"Haylie your awake. Your able to go home today. I hope your feel better from whatever it was you were scared of." She said.

"Thanks. Me too." Haylie replied.

Why was Haylie scared? Was it because the whole moving in? Did i do something wrong?

So many thoughts were going through my head right now.
